Great prices on it and fit's good and was satisfied I all so ordered the leash and said it was in stock and than they sent a email in two days and it was unavailable so I had to go to someone else and had to pay more for it and couldn't get the color I wanted that's only thing but was satisfied with the cover
Easy to find what I needed at a fair price. Plus a Great kit for annual service! Only thing is that this is the second order with the wrong oil filter for my 115 4 stroke?
When ordering parts for a business keep in mind that shipping and delivery may take a week or longer, this is not going to speed up production and process your customers repairs in a timely manner!
You need to provide some type of estimate for shipping date when a customer places the order. My items came quickly but I had no idea when they would ship until I got the shipping notification.
It took months to get. I understand supply chain issues exist, but I would have appreciated better communication at the time of my order.
I am still satisfied with the purchase.

Unfortunately with global supply chain issues being so rough, your item was back ordered for some time. We do mention on our website that not everything is in stock. Additionally, when you placed the order we sent a confirmation email, and in that email, it advised should any part be back-ordered that we will notify you via email within 1-3 business days. We then emailed you each time the vendor pushed it back. Reaching out with the backorder dates is the only thing we can do as that date is supplied by the manufacturer and we are at their mercy. I ordered a prop that showed it was in stock. At no point did it show the prop was out of stock or backordered until I got my invoice for the fuel additive. The invoice showed the product is backordered until June 24th and PartVu took my money for a product they don't have! I need that prop for my tournament season and the end of June does not cut it!

Super simple and easy. Wish I could opt out of some of the items in the kit though like the spark plugs. It will have be buying individually online at the cheapest price next time
My experience with partsVu was a good one - I ordered an oil change kit for my boat and within 2 days the order was shipped they notified me that the oil filter was on back order and would not be available for another month or possibly longer- I asked them to refund me for that specific part and they did I will shop with them again and highly recommend them!

I was shopping online for the wrench on Friday, July 14th and started the online order process but wanted expedited shipping so I called the order line. I was told the items was in stock so I placed the order with the person I spoke with. I had asked for expedited shipping. The item was not shipped until the Wednesday, July 19th and I did not receive it until Monday, July 24th. So much for trying to get an item delivered quickly.
Parts arrived promptly and as promised. Packaging was good. Only issue was a tiny bit of surface rust, which probably can't be avoided. I can take care of of that.
The prop I recieved was not the factory OEM prop. The part number was ground off the blade and painted over and the stamp on the other blade says 3-101/4 x12. I ordered a 3-101/4x11. I tried calling about a return or exchange and no answer or call back.
Out of 8 items in the order Parts Vu didn't send one and sent the wrong product on the other. That's a 25% failure rate on the order. Not even close enough to risk ordering from them again.

PartsVu had all the original parts for my Yamaha outboard. Easy look-up diagrams and good descriptions. They shipped quickly at a fair price. My rating is 5 star.
Only thing missing was lower unit oil, but was not listed on description.
Might want to include complete water pump rather than kit, one thta includes housing
