Bought rotors, pads, a caliper and rear shocks for my hyundai. Really good prices for the products. Had some issues with the front pads, but that was the manufacturer fault. Returning the core caliper by mail was a little complicated so I returned it to the store front. Overall I would buy from them again.

Received 2 rotors with the same name on the label, One was in a box with the manufacturers colours and logo on the box and the other was a plain brown box with a label. The rotor in the logo box was painted on the areas that the brake pad doesn't run. The other rotor was completely painted and required sanding to remove the paint from the braking surface. Nice rust protection but not fun to remove.

Nobody around had quick struts for a 2017 CRV. Found them at partsavatar they came in a short time and fit perfect.

Apparently the advertised package of 4 plugs means you get 1 plug only but with a package of 4. The shipping fee was expensive and it came late. I understand the trick with shipping makes no sense to return. No compensation, no support. It is complete misrepresentation scam!

82I have had really bad experience with this called partsavatar company most of the parts are defective,.To return a defective part you have to pay for the shipping, then when they receive the defective part they will charge you another fee deduction restocking fee so to return the part all together you have to consider minus $40 from your refund.

I bought some cab corners talked to customer support 3 times received a partial refund contacted the company and they asked all the same question overt and over again and told me I did not have to return them because they work for a reg cab which is the reason I returned them I do not have a reg cab truck then they wanted tracking information should they not be able to look that up just like I do with the order number?
So now I do not have the cab corners and only half my money and all they keep telling me is they are looking into it
After being on the chat and giving the rep all this information they just stopped replying to me they asked for return tracking number and carrier infromation at 2:53 pm and my last message was at 3:25pm

I buy stuff for my car over $1000 in. I was waiting to get a response back from them to return some item was not right. They send me and they have responded back to me in two weeks. They said I have to pay for shipping in the item still clause in the box, which is gonna cost me double it's very bad do you have no phone number you can contact them as well

Terrible service. Give you the wrong part and you have to pay a 15% restocking fee for their error and then when questioned took them over 10 mins to tell me it is a restocking fee. They should know that off the top of their head!

Superfast shipping! I received my order within 2 days! After installation I made voltage test with running engine and all accessories on and the output was 14.3v! Thank you guys! Highly recommended! Answer: They have terrible customer service and wont stand behind their mistakes (which they will make) or products. Would not recomend this place.
