My hyundai santa fe altenator died on me because of a rear valve cover leak,very common problem,got quoted 450.00$ searcheched tons of places couldnt get a e good diagram of the altenators especialy on the pjug that goes in the altenator,went to a used one wrond plug it was 4 prong i needed a 2 prong plugin,so went to partsavatar,i got a complete diagram of my altenator,i ordered it and it came in a timely manner even comes with trouble shooting tips,for 180$ for rebuilt looks brand new will put it in tomorowi recommend partsavatar

They advertise delivery within 3 days I ordered a part 4 days ago and its still not ship and I received 3 messages that my part is ready to ship and it has not ship yet I wrote them to cancel this order for been so late but they keep writing back that its ready to ship, very unreliable

Placed an order online hoping to pick it up within 24 hours as I live in the area and had an appointment to change my brake rotors but it's been more than 48 hours and had to change my appointment. The pricing is average but not good enough that I can't go elsewhere for better service.

I've had a part on order for 9 weeks, every time i check on it (3 times) they immediately ask if id like to cancel. They say the part will be 1-4 weeks, but we are already at 9. The website has shown stock on the item the entire time AND says they've sold over 100 in the last week, I'm starting to think they aren't telling the truth.

Item was delivered swiftly and easily, wrapped in bubble wrap and a band of cardboard around the center. It's an engine splash guard so no worries there, only other option is a huge box. Unwrapped and checked, all good and will review once fitted.

Awesome customer service. A lot of parts available. One thing I had doubt about is that the part had the opposite side written on it so I had to double check with the customer support to confirm that it was the right part.
