So I ordered brakes and rotors to do a job on my son's van while he was home visiting. The order never came it was suppose to be here between the 3-8 of Jan. Now it's the 11th and still no order so if your in a hurry for parts order somewhere else. Contacted the company several times and all they do is send a tracking number for canpar great help NOT!

4th time dealing with Parts Avatar. I always buy break components from them. They CHAT support is excellent when you are not sure of the part number you will need. I was even more surprise to be answered in French. This is the 1st time for my son elantra 2014 GLS. This weekend will confirm if the size of the rotors and the pads are good. Keep posted.

Firstly I purchased the famous brand of shocks for my Mazda cx5 2015 from local store. I noticed that the quality was average and 1 shocks return slow after pressure with hands.
I returned and found KYB shocks on partsavatar. The shocks was delivered on time and the quality is much better then the other brand.
