I ordered a hub assembly and though on paper it should have been the right part it was not, unfortunately missed my return window, which was very short to return so ended up having to buy another assembly and stuck with the one that doesn't fit.
Other than this one issue the website and service is good, I would recommend, prices are excellent just watch that return window timing.

Drums and rear pads were good but brake hardware kit was not compatible with Matrix 2007. Not worth it to send it back to store due to shipping charges and store return fees. 33$ lost, while website platform said compatible.
Ordered parts for the front grill of a Honda Cr-V. They arrived early. The part fit well. There were 2 spots on the part where I could have used screws to attach but they didn't line up with anything on the grill. No problem because all the clips just snapped right on and I didn't use the screws. As an extra measure I glued the strips on. There are 3 strips on this front grill and it was the center one that got destroyed by an owl. The replacement strips matched the other two perfectly. You cannot tell the difference.

Ordered parts Dec 20th. Added new part and cancelled one part Dec 20th.
Got 7 emails asking for additional payment (even after paying with Paypal).
Order was supposed to be delivered between 25-27th, on 27th (a week after the order), then order was still in "Preparing for shipping".
After 4 chats over a 7 day period the cancelled part was still part of the order.
Each chat ended with "Issue has been escalated and you will receive an email when part is cancelled". Email never arrived.
I suspect the cancelled part will arrive at my house and suddenly they will have no record of my cancellation request.
This is not my first issue with Parts Avatar, but it will certainly be my last.

I bought a set of wheel bearings and, for my surprize, one of them was tested and returned. It was scratched, had old grease on it and everything. That wouldn't even have been such a big deal, but nobody told me anything about it. Usualy they are flagged in some way or even on sale, but not this one.
They gave me back a percentage of the order for the inconvenience, which it was fine by me.
I will definetely buy from them again. After all, mistakes happend everyday.

Parts arrived within prescribed time frame. Unfortunately the part was incorrect and I had to reorder which delayed the repair by a week which took time away in the shop from other priority repairs.
