Ordered parts almost 3 weeks ago. Emailed twice to no avail. Chatted with someone online and they could say anything other than someone would get back to me. Did that twice to no avail. Was supposed to be delivered in 7 to 10 days. Asked for a phone number and they claimed their phone system was down. Googled for their phone number and called several departments and can't get anyone to answer. Not even in sales. Their business seems to take money fast enough but not delivering product as promised and either neglecting their phones altogether or as I said, looks like they are going out of business. ONLY GAVE IT ONE STAR BECAUSE THEIR IS NOTHING LOWER

I ordered the parts specific to my truck as listed by your website. The inner tie rod ends were longer than the originals, and weren't threaded far enough. I had to cut them shorter and thread them more to make them work.
