Ordered a steering rack and pinion from them end of September 2022 and exactly a year later we noticed something was off but unfortunately didn't get to diagnose properly right away for several reasons (too long to explain) but do they care? Nope! Didn't even offer a discount on a replacement part, nothing, Also their chat agent Kelvin has the most condescending attitude written all other him/her. No customer service skills. Cold and unwelcoming. Very unsatisfied with a whole process.

I purchased brake pads and rotors through Parts Avatar's website and the transaction seemed almost too easy (if that's possible). Normally I struggle trying to find the specific parts I need on other websites but the filters on Parts Avatar made it simple to find exactly what I wanted within minutes. Knowing rotors weigh a little bit it was surprising that the shipping was free (yet it was). They initially estimated delivery would take about a week but then everything was at my house within days. I'll definitely shop here again!

Ordered a blower fan for my wife's jeep. It said it was high quality but it's quite noisy compared to how one sounds when you get a new car off the lot. Since I installed only a few days ago, I can't speak to quality over time but initial quality is below my expectations. However the website and delivery process was easy and the part arrived ahead of schedule. I will most likely order again.

Item was delivered swiftly and easily, wrapped in bubble wrap and a band of cardboard around the center. It's an engine splash guard so no worries there, only other option is a huge box. Unwrapped and checked, all good and will review once fitted.

Terrible customer service. It's a shame finding out now after years of being a loyal customer. I find myself with an issue returning a part and absolutely no one was able to help me what's so ever. Deliberately not answering my enquiries and avoids answering me in a timely manner.
Very disappointed and will be closing my account with then. A 1000 parts store exist in the world and I'd recommend you to go somewhere else.

Excellent customer service from Parts Avatar from start to finish. I chatted with an agent last Friday 9:50 PM, WOW! Got the fitment confirmation from the agent on the spot, a link to my cart was sent to me within the chat and I simply finished the checkout process. The part arrived within 3 days, perfect fit, easy install. I'm very happy with the product and the speed of the delivery, will buy again from Parts Avatar in the future.

It took 4 days from order to "shipped". When shipped,the tracking number that was supplied did not work, at all.
The chat regarding when my order would be shipped was of no use.
The package was left at my door, vulnerable to porch pirates because I was unable to track the package.
I never had any of those issues when dealing with Rockauto. Communication was excellent and my items always arrived in a couple of days.

The chat was useless

4th time dealing with Parts Avatar. I always buy break components from them. They CHAT support is excellent when you are not sure of the part number you will need. I was even more surprise to be answered in French. This is the 1st time for my son elantra 2014 GLS. This weekend will confirm if the size of the rotors and the pads are good. Keep posted.

I bought a set of monroe shocks for my van. The failed miserably and company agreed to accept them for return if I bought another set first. I did so. After three months and numerous emails I still do not have a credit on my mastercard. I would never reccomend this company. I will tell every one I know to stay clear of Parts Avatar as they are dishonest and untruthful. I am out the cost of my shocks plus the return shipping. I am so disapointed. Never again!

I'm a first time shopper at Parts Avatar, and it won't be my last. Excellent service, prompt delivery, and at a very affordable price, too. It's not always easy to find parts for vehicles that are 40-50 years old, even in the U.S. I'm very thankful that I found Parts Avatar here in Canada.

Straight forward easy to use website. All items in stock, appreciated extra coupon discount offered. Arrived in two business days well packed, and appreciated delivery driver ringing doorbell for notification.

I ordered brakes for my car. Tracked it, and tracking lies and says it's been delivered. I have yet to receive anything. If I could give less than 1 star I would. I'd give this place negative stars. Customer service keeps saying they've escalated the matter and to wait 24 hours. I shall be making a case with PayPal to get fully refunded. What a waste of time.

I realize Parts Avatar can't possibly stock everything customers might need, nor can I expect parts to arrive in 2 days each time I order parts. But this shopping experience was nothing short of incredible! Great job Parts Avatar! I got the parts I needed within 48 hours, just like the "big company" also promises. Wow!

Actually, I have order twice from Parts Avatar without any issues. The parts were reasonably priced and the shipment was delivered within the week. The delivery is important as I am trying to certify a vehicle. I never had a problem with fitments. So far, I am a satisfied customer.

I purchased this upstream O2 sensor for my 2008 Honda Civic DX-G. Shipping was extremely fast, parts arrived as described and installation took under ten minutes. ODB2 to reset code P2A00, haven't had a code since. Video shows parts ordered.

I rarely order stuff from the internet. But now that I've joined Parts Avatar I'll definitely be taking care of all of my Automotive needs here. I wish I'd seen the make a video email before I started installing the shocks. My friend and I would have made a hell of a show out of it. I love you offered Ebates I'm probably going to try that with the next Parts I install from parts avatar.

Correct part was sent in a timely manner. Installed and did function test. All speeds are working again.
Note. Best to remove the glove box (2 fasteners at bottom) and then remove the unit. Disconnect connector and remove (1) fastener. Pry outwards gently as sponge may be stuck to the blower housing. Wiggle downwards and move out and down to remove. Reverse procedure to install the new unit. About a half hour to swap out.

First time buyer here, so I was wondering the prices were too cheap for the internet!
But they were so cheap I had to try!
Faster than fast the parts arrived two days after the order date and I was shocked at how good the quality looked! I still think someone made a mistake on the pricing!
I'll definitely be coming back here first for any other parts I need.
My local small town would have been a week or more to get the part here.

I am pretty satisfied with the transaction. Installation was quick and easy, hoping these shocks last a long time.

Caliper price was good. I dislike that you have to send back the old caliper and wait for your refund, but that's the way of the industry. The part came very quickly so I was able to get to it. If the part does not last, then I will be less happy - only time will tell. I don't anticipate any problems though.
