Terrible place to order from! Ordered brake pads and rotors. It's arrived 5 days later and the brake pads is USED! Don't even think you can return it and get the refund. Very bad customer service, It is do cheap price but you will get a lot of headache. JUST DON'T BUY PARTS HERE!

Stay away from these scammers, go to rockauto or ebay or amazon. Your local store is $2 more but you can return rightaway if won't fit. They took 2 weeks to deliver my order and sent wrong parts. Please don't waste time and money on partsavatar

Having ordered from parts avatar a few times this year, I have been happy with the service, & help via live? Chat option. The only thing I would request is shipping option to confirm how my purchase is being shipped/delivered at checkout. I prefer Canada Post as I am in the country and some have specific delivery days to certain areas. CP delivery is 5 days a week to my location. Thank you for your service. HM

Bought 2 replacement brake calipers and was subsequently charged even more money for 2 core deposits. Fine, but please refund my core charges in a timely fashion. The core refund still has not been made and when I spoke to customer service recently they just quoted me their policy. There is no need to hang onto my deposit money this long.
