I have received on July 8th, but I suppose to get them between july2-4th. The only reason that i want to buy a part from you was delivery time. This is not acceptable for business. I prefer to buy them from another local shop and get them all in same day. Your customer service are only said to me 'sorry'. Trying to RMA on wrong brake pads shipped. Only pads listed on website for vehicle are not correct, had to go to Brembo site to get correct part number for pads for my vehicle after I realized parts avatar shipped wrong pads. Correct pads are available through parts avatar but only by searching with the part number provided by Brembo's website. I contacted company through online chat to discuss issue only to have chat terminated by representative twice. I have a RMA number to return, but I did not get a shipping label to return to you. I selected the make and model for my car from their website and I ordered 4 items based on my selection, I received little late and one of the items won't fit my car, I contacted them to return the item, and I discovered that they don't have a phone number and they used international call center [ they have no idea what they are selling and it took me days and days to explain to them the issue, finally they want me to return the item on my expense! I used to enjoy ordering from this company, but it seems as they've grown, the service or lack of keeps getting worse. For anyone that isn't aware, they have implemented a handling charge that is not noted anywhere on the website or at checkout. Every order placed is subject to a handling fee of approximately $0.80 - $1.00. And the customer service agent refuses to tell you WHEN the charge was implemented.

Be careful. You can not delete your credit card info once they have it. The is a glitch they will not acknowledge. Ask them to delete the whole account and they don't seem to do that either
