Absolutely the Worst! Customer Services is horrible, they were late with completing my orders, they are not able to do Power Point Presentations although they clearly charge you more for those types of request, and they DO NOT honor their REFUND policy!
I made an order on the 13th of Fab, 2018 and paid for 48hour delivery. Within an hour I received an email that my paper was ready, this paper was completely different from what I paid for. I was told that it will be revised and delivered to me today. I checked on it later today and I was told by sales representatives that my paper is being revised and will be delivered in 4 hours, after the 4 hours, it is now being taking to 6 hours. I FOLLOWED up after the 6 hours, it was now taking to 9 hours. I have not received my order nor the money.
This is my first time of trying their service, i paid for quality work and on time delivery. Their sales representatives Steven Brown, David Axton assured me of a quality service. So what happened to my order and my money?
