One of the services they claim they provide is "on time delivery", that is false. I have been using paperhelm for a few months now and I have contacted customer service a few times on my assignments and there is no reason why I am paying for a service to be done in time and it comes the following day. When I reach a rep a few times throughout the day I get false information. I am first informed that my assignment will be done in 30min, then two hours later nothing. I contact them again, they state my assignment is under process and the writer needs 6-8hours longer which would fall into the next day. When it gets delivered it looks as if they just copied what was online and a few times it was Plagiarized. At this point, it happened to me more then a few times and as much as I like someone to do the work for me because that is something I paid someone to do I will NEVER use this site again. I did over 50 assignments so I am aware of the service they provide. I have been dealt a bad hand far too many times for me to stay a customer. I also provide the materials for them within the hour and I get an email stating that my details are approved but obviously that does not matter because more then enough times my paper does not come in time. USE AT YOUR DISCRETION, BUT YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!

I paid over $100 for this $#*!! They are THIEVES! RUN! DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR MONEY! They do NOT give REFUNDS! PayPal will not refund because they consider a paper an "intangible", Yes, PayPal is almost as screwed up as these fools!

Capital punishment or death penalty or the execution is way of punishment that resulted on death. The capital punishment occurred in the result of capital crimes. Capital punishment is derived from the Latin language that is meant for "regarding the head" (Steiker, 2012).
Historically, the capital punishment was the part of every society. The religious based societies made the extensive use of the capital punishment. In many cases, it can be observed that the basic objective of the capital punishment was only to torture the public and nothing else. Many innocent people became the victim of the capital punishment. This was the major cause that associations for human rights and people in many countries raised the voice against the capital punishment. There are numerous methods used for the capital punishment. Out of these methods, the hanging is much popular as well. The protest of these societies was against the capital punishment as well as the execution through hanging.
Resultantly, 103 countries all over the world abolished the capital punishment from their legalization process. The 50 countries are near to abolish it as these countries did not practice the capital punishment in previous ten years. However, 36 countries are still making the use of the capital punishment for the capital crimes. The legalization council of European Union and UN National Assembly called to abolish the capital punishment. Many countries are following the instructions and new laws made by the UN for the capital punishment. However, the world most populated areas like China, India, Indonesia and United States are still making the use of the capital punishment (Roberts & Hough, 2013). More than 60% of the world population is living in these countries. It is obvious that only 40% of the world population has abolished the capital punishment while 60% population is still under the threat of the capital punishment.

**UPDATE** Papers Helm just called to give me a refund (bribe) but I have to remove this review first. Well i am NOT going to do it! Below you will see my experience with Papers Helm which was horrible. The last thing I told Papers Helm before I went to Ultius.com was that if they did not rewrite my paper or give me a refund I was going to let everyone know about the horrible experience I had. And that is what I have done. After writing the review below I started getting responses from Papers Helm. Now that they realize I was serious they want to help me. The scam they are running is that they take your money, give you horrible results and most people probably wont take the time to let everyone know what terrible service they received. So they just keep running the scam. This morning I got a call from Jason at Papers Helm (he spoke broken English... surprise!) and they told me if I deleted this review that they would give me a refund. I was just about to do it when I realized that all these positive reviews are probably bogus and to prevent negative reviews they just give the person a refund, after all the grief they put them through. So I am going to forfeit my $80 refund so that everyone out there will know that this company does not give you the service they promise. I feel like I am being bribed to hide the truth and I am just not going to do it. Run from this company and use www.ultius.com

I ordered an Essay. The Essay was on time but was obviously written by someone who was NOT fluent in English. The Essay was written using poor grammar and was incoherent. Phrases were used that were just not normal English. I asked for revisions but did NOT get any. Asked for REFUND and was ignored. RUN from this company. I thereafter paid a second company and they were amazing. Use http://www.Ultius.com. They were great.

****UPDATE***I am writing this after the reply by Papers Helm. You can see their reply telling us how great they are. I tried and tried to get them to revise my essay but they would not I since had to pay another company that did a stellar job. Now I am just asking them to refund my money since the job was not completed adequately. I thought I would share the first few lines from the Essay they wrote for me.

"I still remembered the day when I firstly visited the mountain by my bicycle, I was aware of the fact that it was not going to be an easy task. But I gathered a whole of my courage to accomplish this difficult task. Who talks this way? Fluent in English? I think not!
