I had heard good things about PaperHelm's customer service, but yesterday I got to experience firsthand how great they actually are. I got in touch with them via Live Chat and put forward the concerns I had with my paper and they helped me resolve the problem in a matter of minutes!
I used them out of being desperate and I regret it! They got the original paper to be about 12hrs earlier than what I had asked and I was psyched. However, when I read it I was in shock. It looked like something my junior high school niece could've written. It was nothing that the topic asked for nor did it have any of the citings I wrote in the instructions. They were asked to revise and once again I told them what needed to be done, I was advised the paper would come to me within the original timeline; it did not! I finally got what they considered the final paper and it still was nothing it should've been. I ended up cancelling my trip out of town to do my paper. They sent me the final draft again 6 days late.
Don't ever use them! The paper was literally all kinds of things just found on the internet and pasted into what they thought made sense.

Yesterday, when I got my final dissertation from PapersHelm I was amazed to see the outcome; the adherence to format, the relevance of information and presentation of dissertation. I am so grateful to PapersHelm for such immaculate service.
I paid well over $100 for a 8 page paper. The paper was poorly writing. It had spelling and grammar errors. The paper was not cited. My dad sent an essay in for PROOFREADING SERVICES and what he got back was a completely different essay in no way connected to the one he wrote. The worst part is the essay he got was written in such poor English, it almost looked like it had been written in Chinese and run through google translate. Honestly the worst writing I've seen in my life. STAY AWAY from this site. They won't give you your money back and neither will PayPal since it is an intangible service.
