PapersHelm is awesome. I am quite impressed with their timely delivery, affordable prices and quality assured writing services. I will definitely order from PapersHelm in future.

I made an order on the 31st of May, 2016 and paid for 48hour delivery. Within an hour I received an email that my paper was ready, this paper was completely different from what I paid for. I was told that it will be revised and delivered to me today. I checked on it later today and I was told by sales representatives that my paper is being revised and will be delivered in 4 hours, after the 4 hours, it is now being taking to 6 hours. I FOLLOWED up after the 6 hours, it was now taking to 9 hours. I have not received my order nor the money.

This is my first time of trying their service, i paid for quality work and on time delivery. Their sales representatives Steven Brown, David Axton assured me of a quality service. So what happened to my order and my money?

Im forced to believe the negative comments of some customers of their outfit. I demand an honest feedback with regards to the status of my order.

I ordered a sequence of papers for a college history class. I'm working on a few other papers and thought this would help me out a little bit. This made me even more stressed out and has now created even more work for me.

One paper was pretty easy and only about three pages, so that one was okay. The writer also seemed to have a grasp of the English language.

The other papers are now on their third revision. The instructions are not being followed and things are not even being revised. You can clearly see that the writers of these papers do not speak English as their first language. I read one of the papers and could not even understand what the writer was trying to say. It looked like a six year old wrote it. I am beyond angry, more at myself for actually thinking this was a good idea. I need all of these papers back by tomorrow, and actually done correctly and in English this time, and it isn't not looking too promising. I will probably end up failing this class. I want my money back.

This company is cheap because their work is garbage. I requested a college level research paper for my English class. What they wrote for me is an elementary grade level paper. The paper makes no sense whatsoever it seems as if they just copied and paste from several articles online. It contains sentences that have no connection at all. The grammar is ridiculously poor. They have no clue what is good customer service. All those so called writers need to go back to school. I paid just to get an "F" on my paper which caused a huge impact on my final grade. I almost failed my class. They never give you any sort of refunds even if they are in the wrong. If you want to get a bad grade or fail a class definitely contact this company. But if you want to get a passing grade I suggest you take the time to do your paper or hire a better company. I always got 'A' or B' on paper that I wrote myself, I just hired them because I had some unforeseen life events and my time was limited. I will never rely my education which is very valuable on people with limited knowledge. If you work hard for your money and take education serious stay away from these scumbags. They will only help you fail. This company only cares about the money. All the good reviews are fake believe me they are fake.

You pay for an assignment to be done and the first few would be good but then paperhelm does not provide good quality assignments anymore. They do not have the best customer service via online and chat services are too different things. They would tell you everything is good but then the paper is late, the paper has plenty of issues in regards to not being what you asked for and most of the time no EMAILS were ever received from them. They are real quick to charge you but not really getting your money's worth. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE... USE ANOTHER SERVICE!
