PaperHelp has taken a tremendous amount of stress off my shoulders when it comes to my writing assignments. I am a full-time 4th grade teacher, college student, as well as a mother of two. To say my plate is full, is a understatement. Knowing that my assignments are in good hands with PaperHelp and knowing the papers are very well written and exactly how I need them is a huge help! Paperhelp either produces great work, or crap work. There really isn't an in between. When crap work is produced they want you to pay extra to get the quality work they should be producing to begin with. If I request doctorate level work, I don't expect high school level work with incomplete thoughts, and tons of grammatical issues. The inconsistency is very frustrating and at this time has me researching other solutions. Don't get me wrong I've had like 5 great papers produced, 1 semi-ok and the one that I'm having them produce right now is horrible, its the worst I've received since I started with them over a semester ago. I even provided for them an 2 examples, and a grading rubric to follow. If you have time to spare--- this service could be an option. If its crunch time and you need to guarantee quality you may want to shop around.
The person wasn't very helpful at all. She just said for $15 we can try to obtain another writer and she apologized for the inconvience. Didn't make me feel reassured at all that another writer would definately be obtained and advanced doctorate level work would be created quickly. I even in my comments requested that the document not be revised but completely re-written by a law student or someone studying law and there was no response to that request. Just pay $15 more and we can try to get someone else to work on it. Terrible service.

Like others, I have also received a $#*!ty paper after ordering an advanced writer. Extremely redundant and almost half-assed. Did not read the instructions or sources I provided enough to actually do the paper correctly. Cited one of the authors as a "he" when she is a woman. Goes to show these are just people that speed through these papers without taking the proper time to look at the instructions provided. These are clearly writers from India and not the countries that they say they are from.
Tip for consumers:
provide longer deadlines so you can revise with the writer accordingly

Sent in info, including my previous attempt at the paper with information of what the paper was to discuss. Paper discussed the concept perfectly, but when asked to discuss the mind map (which I sent in), the paper has it's own version of a "mind map" that is for a different profession, and then discusses it. Not of any use at all.

Currently, on revision 3, the provided template was not used. Unclear, seems like multiple people worked on sections of the paper, and lacks flow. No statistical anchor and many more. The problem, purpose, and RQs require significant revision.
I hope this is corrected, I will need an extension because of the revisions. Very disappointed in the quality.

I had two papers done, no problem. Third paper, oh boy, so. Many. Issues.
I submitted my order a week ahead, and I asked for a rough draft because my professor demands one before we turn in the paper. I wasn't even picky. I told the writer anything would be good, it could be one paragraph. The writer REFUSED TO TURN IT IN. He submitted an old paper of mine for the third paper (wtf?). Customer service refused to help, they told me to wait up until midnight for the rough draft. And I told him, since I clearly won't get one, I want a discount. They basically told me to go to hell, wait until midnight and if I still didn't get one to message them, lol. I had to work the next day at 6 a.m.
Listen kids, you get into sketchy activities, and you get sketchy results. Ordering with these guys is like flipping a coin, you might get a good paper but oh trust me, when it's bad, it is bad!

I just had a baby and fell completely behind on my assignment so I thought I would get some help. So paid to have a paper completed in 3 days, It took them 5 days I wasn't offered a discount or anything. On the fourth day when I asked for a refund they replied 8 hrs later stating they sent me the paper hours ago, mean while I just ended up writing the paper myself. Their customer service is great, however, I am not satisfied with the essay quality I ordered. I paid for the abstract separately, but the writer (4969) decided to place the abstract right in the introduction (APA format). He/she also didn't include any keywords. He/she later said that it is the right form. I asked the writer to revise the essay and pointed out on mistakes, but he/she simply returned the same essay with minimal changes saying. "I do not know if you know the purpose of the abstract but in the paper, it is pretty much the introduction page as well." Yes, I know the purpose of the Abstract, especially in APA format, and it is definitely not the part of introduction. Overall, the company is good, but I wouldn't suggest to order essays from them since it seems they employ not very competent people.
