This website is a scam. I paid 100 pounds for statistical analysis for a psychology paper and they sent me an essay about osteoporosis which has nothing to do with psychology! Then procedeed to tell me "the expert said there is no need for statistical tables". I asked for a refund then I got a call at 11 at night (which normal company rings people at 11 at night?) and said something about coming to my uni with a solicitor etc.

Yesterday I got my order and it was all crap. It was like real time nonsense. The writer had written some gibberish and unrelated stuff in the dissertation. My friend laughed when she saw some random quotes by actors and singers in an academic dissertation. Like seriously? I wish to meet their writers and give them some writing classes.

If I could give them 0 Stars, I would. They charged my credit sales tax/VAT without my permission, but I live in a US state with no sales tax. I contacted them multiple times, but they gave excuses. I contacted the credit card company and disputed the additional charge. After a week they sent me a letter that I committed fraud and I need to pay them the full amount, but I only disputed the sales tax/VAT charge. I contacted them and they were rude and lied to me that I needed to pay the full amount and their system showed the full amount was disputed. They basically asked me to pay them twice. When they charge your credit card without your permission, they do not call it fraud but when you disputed the additional, unauthorized charge they call it fraud. This company is a joke. People be aware. They did not even offer me discount for my next order after they caused the inconveniences. I would not recommend them to anyone.

At the beginning of your order, they promise you with the best paper. After you pay to them, they start ignoring you and provide you with the worst quality paper. I have paid them for a TOP writer and and was promised to get the best paper. I got shocked when I read the paper and noticed that they just filled the paper with unrelated things just to reach the desired number of words. When I asked for a revision and provided them with all the instructions and comments, they ignored me and all the instructions. I kept begging them to revise the paper correct it according to the instructions for more than a week only to get a revised version where only few words were changed and not a single instruction was followed. When I ask them for a refund, they either ignore me or say its not possible. Knowing that I have paid them 1,499.48 USD for a TOP writer and the best service!

Ive been a customer for a while now and I have never had any issues. The papers are always done on time if not early and are very thorough. Support is very helpful even though ive only needed them once. Every paper ive had done has never gotten below a B+.
