The store at Parkside Commons in Cary North Carolina is not worthy of customers. The food there was always meh, but now there is less of it, down to the "new (smaller) containers" for the yogurt granola parfait and smaller portions. The manager Kim must be insane because she defended her employee Valerie who claimed she couldn't possibly have made a mistake in "measuring out the yogurt" when I complained. She said, there is no need to show me photos, just move on. I am going to write to the company to see that both parties are fired.
I order a Chipotle chicken flatbread pizza. No Chipotle sauce, light tomato, extra chicken, extra cilantro, light garlic sauce, no bacon, light cheese. They give me the order wrong twice.
I ordered a Caesar Salad from Panera Bread on Door dash this evening. As I was finishing my salad, at the bottom of the bowl, I found a green bug that looked like lettuce but I saw its wing and legs...
I am canceling my membership and Panera Bread will never see me again.

I don't know what he's bad reviews are saying by Panera has the best food ever your grilled cheese is the best. The bread is also really good.
Bread hard as a rock very little cheese even the dog would not eat it., never again. I bought two$20.00 and it wet into the trash.
Your employee by the name Jessica Diomartich is so vivacious and customer friendly in this time of Covid-pandemic. She got so bright attitude which made me feel at home. In general she so vibrant one who must be appreciated and graced highly by her employer.
Ordered over 100.00 worth of food but site would not deliver over 75.00 so I down sized the order but got locked out of the web site at 8:30pm. I called to order curb side got put on hold, never came back! Called again they let it ring!
So I work in the plaza that Panera bread is in.
I went on break and went to Panera to get some food, when I got there I placed my order and it took them a full 10 minutes to even realize that I had an order that was placed.
And then when I got the food, I went back to my work to eat the food and when I open the bag; instead of giving me a fork, they decided to give me a knife to eat a salad with.
So that was a $12 meal completely wasted
I will never be eating Panera ever again, I hate Panera and that is the reason why, they're complete idiots
Ordered 2 loaves of Classic White Miche, sliced thin for pickup this morning at ******* 12 Mile Road Farmington Hills, MI. Picked up at Drive-Thru. When we got bread home, found bread was NOT sliced.
I have been ordering Panera bread for Breakfast and dinner. Since this outbreak started and I have not been disappointed since. I happy the brought back the scones and the soups warm me up after a day of work.

Ice cood mac and cheese. Grilled cheese that is not grilled at all... paid fir additionak tyoes of cheeses... you got it... none of them on the sandwich... when speaking with the store rather than asdressing the issue she tried to tell me my 530 order pick up was made at 342. They that was an acceoable reason fir the issues abf really funy since ny tume stamo on my confirmation email is 510. So 30.94 for junk... never again l... i i write this review i have been in the hold queue at corporate fir in excess of 15 minutes...
We just want to thank you for the delicious food we had delivered to us. The autumn squash soup is the best I ever had. Please keep this on your menu! The sandwiches and smoothies were a delight! We will be back, love the food you offer.
The Panera Bread I am referring to is located at 1195 Woodstock Rd, Roswell GA *******. I placed a to go order and was told they will call my name. I sat close to the front so I would not miss my name being called: Finally the person that was behind me received his order, so I went up to see why my name was not called, the cook stated she my name but she Never did. My food was there and was cold. Almost got to my car when I noticed there was no Chicken on my Salad. Went back in and explained to the cook that the chicken was left off, there was no apology and they had a attitude. I will never spend my money at this location.
I ordered a souffle, fruit cup and bottled water from the Chesterfield MO location off of Clayton Road. The souffle was tossed in the bag with no cover. Asked the driver why it was not in a packaged container, and his response was, "they don't put souffles in a packaged container." Well they always did before. Then there is no fruit cup. They have marked it out on my receipt. They advertise food that they do not have and no one calls or notifies you. This is my last order with this Panera.
While sitting and eating half way finished with our meal were asked to move. When we questioned why, we were told we were to close to the table behind us, but in reality they were placing us at another booth right next to other people. (the same distance away) We were rudely talked to, told they were going to call the police on us and all we wanted to do was finish our meal which we were almost finished with. This is very rude just because we were senior citizens, we were treated so badly and threatened.
I ordered online from the Charlotte Myers Park Panera. Several items did not arrive. When I called to speak to a manager, which took 30 minutes, I was told the only option was to send the missing items "whenever a driver becomes available." When I suggested this was not making things right (ie. Would be arriving several hours late), the manager (name Kira) hung up on me. Cannot believe they are still in business. I will never order from them again.
I usually stop at this Panera on my morning into work, sometime between 7 & 7:30 am. I actualy order my breakfast via online 10/22/2020 and picked it up on my way into work. I got to work and looked at my sandwich and it had no meat (Brioche scramble egg and bacon sandwich). It had a lot of cheese, very little egg and no bacon. I called back to the store and spoke with the manager Christy/Kristy and she told me I could come back the next morning for a replacement or they can mail me coupons for my inconvenience. I decided to go back the next morning and she was there. I received my same order again for free (incl my decaf latte). Go to work again, "what is this yellow runny stuff?" I had extra bacon but they egg was not scrambled. I only eat scrambled eggs :( I am over it now. I appreciate the manager for helping me but that staff person need to be retrained on making sandwiches again.
I ordered the new teriyaki chicken sandwich and soup to go, when passing by the 7165 Kingery Hwy, willowbrook, IL location. After waiting 35 minutes I finally got my order. While waiting I saw them open the oven door but not take out what was in, and it appeared to be burning - this was around 1:50pm on 7/16/2020 so they can look at their cameras. I thought that was thrown away - I did not know that they wrapped it for me and someother unfortunate customer.
I finished a couple of errands and drove home to find my sandwich burnt and black on the edges and one side. There was hardly any filling.Not sure what chicken it was - definitely not teriyaki (on my receipt). They did not even check the sandwich type on the packaging.
And like some of the others have noted - the soup is tiny. I wish I had seen the reviews before going there.
Subway is very much better, twice the size (footlong), a lot more filling, toasted light brown, not burnt and costs less. This was $7.40 for 5", subway is 6:99 for a footlong, and often on sale for $5.
I tried to call but there is a message going on non-stop, and does not accept the input 5 to speak to someone.
So I called the catering and they said a manager would call me back - no one has called back for over 5 hours.
So when I go back that way, I will let everyone know.
How do you not take orders over the phone to be picked up, Panera? What if someone doesn't know how to order online? You just lost a customer just for that complication and inconvenience. Try to start taking orders over the phone for the elderly.
Answer: Scam, over priced and not that good. Small portions with big price tags.
Answer: It was the only option, and I needed to eat something.
