I ordered a canvas for my son & his family who just retired from 20 years in the Marines and bought their forever home. When I received the package it was pretty damaged. The canvas was damaged as you can see in pictures. I contacted customer service Tuesday today is Thursday and my problem is taken care of. Not only are they sending a replacement canvas (which I didn't ask for) they are refunding part of my $$.
