I am writing this review in hopes that someone from Pacsun will see this and reach out because I have had no luck with their email or Live Support. Neither seem to be working b/c I can't submit any emails and when I try the Live Chat it has me wait forever and then has to "reconnect" once I get to position 3 and it kicks me out. I normally do not make bad reviews, but Pacsun definitely deserves it. I placed an order that was about $500 worth of clothing on May 7th and it is now August and it still says "processing" and they have not contacted me with any updates. Biggest scammers. If I could leave 0 stars I would.
I ordered 2 items around April. The order had been processing for about 3 weeks when my first item was cancelled. Then, a week later, after waiting a month for my package, my other item was cancelled. I waited an entire month for nothing. Both items are still on the website though which doesn't make sense since they're apparently sold out which is why they couldn't fulfill the order.
Wow! I spent $300 on Aug 9th online. I never received a shipping email. When I went to track my order #. It said"no order found". I tried calling and got an automated message" we are not taking calls at this time" please go online and "chat or email" I have tried to do online chat but it kicks me out and when I have submitted email to question my order 6 times now and still no response. I will be contacting my credit card company to refund and I will never order from Pac Sun again!
I ordered a pair of pants for my daughter on Black Friday, expecting to give them to her over a month later for Xmas. They are still not here. ITS JAN. 7. The worst part is that PacSun does not return emails or answer the phone- I've tried to contact them MULTIPLE times. Just stay away- not worth your time and money
I visited the PacSun in the Tanger Outlet in Gulf Shores recently. I bought a package of two headbands for $12.99. One of which I was going to wear for beach pictures. When I went to put the headband on, it broke into 3 pieces. Never again will I buy from here. Cheap material and overly priced products (not just talking about the headbands, everything was overly priced).
I used two brand new gift cards online and it didn't work. I called them over and over for two weeks. They kept telling me that they would resolve the problem and they never did. Worst company ever. I want my money back now!
I bought some things online and they came but none of the clothes fit my body type properly. I don't want to go to the mall to return my stuff because of corona so i tried to return it online but it says my items haven't shipped yet even though it has, so the website won't let me get my shipping label. I can't even log in to pacsun customer service for some reason.
I brought 4 pair of shorts online and received 20% off. I took them to the store to exchange for same item different size and they made me pay full price. An even exchange is just that an exchange. I should of been honored the price I paid. They lost a great customer.
We ordered 4 items of clothing. We got two of them about 2 weeks after ordering, the third 3 weeks after ordering and waiting on the last item and it's been one month. Original estimate said delivery approximately 7 days.
I find it appalling that a clothing store that caters to teenagers and young adults carries t-shirts with a woman's scantily clad chest on them. Why not keep it classy and carry clothing that promotes dignity and respect for all?
I purchased a shirt and shorts on Tuesday and received the package on that Saturday, regular delivery, and the item were exactly as advertised.

I had asked for 2day shipping and it didn't arrive on time. I called Pacsun and spoke with Tom, he said the package was lost in transit and could only refund $18.00 but would not guarantee when the package would arrive. I asked if they could do overnight and said they didn't know. So now I have to wait for a call back to see if they can. Don't expect your items to arrive on time. Never buying from them again.
This company if a fraud Do Not take the risk of placing a order with pacsun customer service is horrible and they should not advertise and sell what they do not have in stock and they don't gives refunds when they don't fill the order it a bad gamble chances are you will loss
I've never ordered online from here, but I love their clothes in store. Pacsun is the only place I buy jeans at. They fit me perfectly. But the people who work there don't really care. Many of the times I've gone there the employees have been cussing really loudly at each other while there was a little kid in the store.
I love and support the movement for tops for females with smaller boobs but as a girl with pretty big boobs I am very disappointed when I see only one size of bathing suit tops. None of your bathing suit tops will cover my boobs. I think you should rethink about your sizes for swim suits.
Most of the item I order online come fairly quick, but everytime I order with Pacsun online it take a couple of weeks to a month to arrive. Customer service is alright and the quality of clothing is good. Shopping on their website also has a quite number of bugs and makes shopping a bit difficult.
People usually start off with this headline when they've had a negative experience with a merchant and it's usually just something petty. But in this case, pacsun sent me clothing in embarrassing quality. Every single item was falling apart (loose threads, elastic waistbands poking out, 2 items had stains, one bracelet was on the verge of snapping just… another package never arrived and pacsun refused any resolution unless I filed a police report, waited 2 weeks, then went to pick up a copy (that you have to pay for, mind you) embarrassing on pacsuns part and I regret purchasing and will never shop them or sister brand ever again. I used to shop here back in 2007 as a teen and came back as a 27 year old and boy has the quality went DOWN. Its not even "pacsun" anymore.
Bought on Dec 21, guaranteed by 12-24 if you use $8 express. Dec 24, i get tracking for only 1 item, check and they havebt even processed the rest of my order. I emailed in panic, they finally responded late Christmas Day with hopefully your items will be shipped soon. Wtf, that's how you reply to an upset customer. Smh. Today is Dec 30 and I've received one of my 4 items that i no longer need. All emails I've sent to go ahead and cancel have been ignored. They did refund me $1.52 for my $8 express shipping. I guess that was the difference in reg And express, either way, it's bad business. Not the shipping companies fault that you all haven't even shipped it. I now have tracking for two more items in the order of 4. The last item still hasn't shipped 10 days later
The Pacsun located in the Ashland Town Center Mall in KY is absolutely atrocious. They have by far the worst customer service and they make you feel so unwelcome in there. The employees stand around talking and texting on their phones and laugh and talk very loudly to each other from across the store. Yesterday when I took my baby sister shopping in there an employee belched in the middle of checking us out. He did not apologize or excuse himself instead he just went on ringing us out. Another incident while checking out, a store discount didn't apply to an item we tried to buy and when I asked why not the young sales women told me to quit freaking out. I've been to several Pacsuns and have never had that problem. I know a lot of people that refuse to take their children in there because of the awful customer service. Would not recommend to anybody!
If you return online purchases through the mail, they charge 7 dollars, but if you return in store they don't. Apparently their system isn't letting them take returns in store anymore. Really inconvenient and they should have a disclaimer on their website.
Answer: I wouldn't risk it... a lot of people including me experience really slow, bad shipping from pacsun. I ordered 2 bags in the middle of June and they didn't arrive until the beginning of august. I don't know if that was because of the sale they had that day, but from the other bad reviews on this page I can see this happens often no matter what day it is. I'm pretty dissapointed because I ordered a backpack for school last week and still haven't received it yet... next time I'll probbaly order from another company, I've learned from my mistakes.
Answer: YES, they are very authentic. They are my favorite store and if you don't want to buy online, you can go instore which is where many people buy their clothes. Although, they are BIT expensive. They are definetely not like Romwe and have actual brands in there shops. I have never not been satisified.
