This is our second order we have placed with pacific columns. We have been extremely pleased with product, price, and love our representative. He helped us find the right product at the right price to fit our budget and look for our house. The fypon shutters look great. I can't comment on how well they will hold up yet since we haven't had them long but Definitely a step up from traditional vinyl and a great alternative for those who can't quite make the budget jump to composite or wood.
Delivery time was not clear to customer understand from service person. The terms that he used was absolutely confusing. I ended up reschedule the contractor to install due to delivery time of columns and delayed exterior painting as well. It was really INCONVENIENCE.
I like the product i bought, they were 8 foot columns but they were poorly packed and shipped. I should of had my son open and inspect the goods wear as i was out of town, but he didn;t. When i got back and opened the boxes 2 of the columns were broken approx 6 inches up from the bottom.i felt that by putting 8 foot columns on a 8 foot pallet that the damage is only bound to happen.it;s my own fault i'll know better next time.
Didn't install or open box yet, but there was literally no damage to the boxes so the delivery at least went great!
Outstanding and responsive advice from Anthony, who assisted me with selection of round column bases for front portico of my brick colonial. I chose the Doric bases, split in half. They look terrific.
I could not be happier with the customer service and quality of products. I have used these columns on several projects that I have done and always get multiple compliments on the columns. Homeowners think they are a little pricy but when I explain to them all the benefits and quality of the products they choose them everytime. Thank you
It took me several years to find a contractor to install these columns and Zack kept in contact with me untell I found one I trusted we went back over the measurments etc before ordering,as of yet they havn't been installed but I'm sure they will fit as the old ones did thanks again to ZACK for all his help-jim
Website is great!, Salesperson did a great job!, The only problem I had was the delivery from FED EX. Several of the boxes that contained the foam Tuscan caps were damaged. There were footprints on top of one of them. Additionally, two of the columns were dinged on the corners. (I believe I can hide that though) One of the foam pieces for the tuscan cap was snapped in half. The Driver was very nice and we exchanged information. He called FED EX and reported the damage and got a claim number. I am waiting for them to call. Not sure if there is a way to enforce FED EX to be more careful with the orders.
At this time I have not yet installed my columns will be working on that this weekend.
