I received the order on time and installed it the next day, The product was as described and looks great.
The column bases I ordered were suppose to be solid bases that would support a wooden column and all I received was regular hollow plinths and rings for $3500.00 But I have to figure out a way to use them because it took 4 weeks to get them the job is behind 2 weeks now. Bottom line too little product too late for too much money! I do not recommend this company to anyone who needs some real good material. Mike Dutton - 24 years as a union carpenter
I ordered my columns and capitals back in July and they are still not correct even with this most recent shipment. Communication is awful, customer service is terrible and my project is still on hold and has been since September! There seems to be no resolution to this and I don't know what to do as we built our entire project around these columns and capitals
Pacific columns is like a shopping mall in building industry. Their website is very rich. Their customer service is phenomenon.
Great selection, price are competative, quick delivery and friendly customer service.
We ordered square columns and received round columns.
Great product, great price, top shelf service on the phone when placing order, and delivery was prompt.
Unfortunately customer is staying with wood, repair vers replacement, so larger followup order won't happen this time.
Geat product
When I ordered my columns, the order guy was very nice. He told me I'd have them within 7-10 days, which my email also said. It actually took just short of a month. I contacted customer service and nothing was solved. This has really put us back now that it's too cold to even put them up. Wish I had it to do over. I'd have used Menards or another big box store.
THE FINISH ON THE FIBERGLASS COLUMNS WAS VARY POOR WE HAD TO PAINT THEM TWICE TO MAKE THEM LOOK OK THANKS JIM
I haven't inspected the columns yet (too heavy for me alone) but my experience with customer service was excellent
