THIS WAS A VERY DIFFICULT AND COSTLY EXPERIENCE FOR US.
I am very displeased with the level of customer service I have received. I initially spoke with a customer service representative when placing my order. I specifically added the quick ship option to speed up the shipping time which cost $50. Well, after repeated calls to Pacific Columns, I was told by customer support that my package was about to be shipped. However, I never received any feedback on the status. They also assured me that because of my troubles with the quick ship, they would refund the $50 express shipping cost which they never did. After 3 weeks, I finally received my package when I should have received it a lot sooner. Overall, I am satisfied with the product, but the customer service is horrible! I can't believe the run-a-round and lip service they give to customers.

Freight company failed to call me in a timely manner. I had to inquire about my shipment status to find out it had arrived.
I received my shutters on time, but they were delivered to the wrong address! I called Pacific Columns, Inc., and they had the correct address, but was told the distributor had probably, incorrectly, written down West, instead of East, on the shipping address. The person I spoke with was very nice and apologized for any inconvenience. Thanks and I will be ordering more shutters in the future.
