If you book with OYO its fake reservation, you can go until the hotel and they will say"there is no room available " because OYO look like fake website and they didn't have good and right conversation with the hotel owner and customer too.

Oyo the hotel fraud
December 22, 2019

At 2.15 pm I arrived to Oyo 1086 Oscar 2 to check-in. The first time I came, I saw the hotel it has not the same as a picture. I tried to cancel, but the reception said that only the booking.com who can cancel. I called so many time but no one answered. When I connected the booking.com, the operator name Kevin said that he can't do anything. Because I paid for refundable. He said that the only person who can cancel is the property. He wasn't polite to answer me. I mentioned that I want to change a hotel and paid more. The hotel is very small, dirty and behind the pharmacy, it just like a room in the boarding house, near the gang. This is not a hotel this a rented room. I want a refund and change the other room. This is so unpleasant because I felt that I bought a merchandise in the box, after I open the box, the merchandise was not the same as I ordered. But the seller said that I could not return. I felt like I bought something from a scammer. The hotel hold my ID card. This is unacceptable and Not happening in other hotel.

The customer service is ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE. I called to ask age for check in just for them to deny me when i come to check in. They lied to me and when i tried to get compensated for this issue at least allow me to stay or a refund no one could help me. I work in a HILTON HOTEL and i've never seen a worse hotel and i've never talked to more stupid people. They hung up on me 10 times. I tried to get help FOR AN HOUR AND STILL HAVENT GOTTEN IT. Let alone the women at the front desk did not care about anything i had to say and gave me attitude cuz i told them they're the ones that gave me false information. ON TOP OF IT THE WOMEN WAS TOO BUSY TAKING CARE OF HER CHILD THAT WAS IN THE LOBBY RATHER THAN HELPING ME WITH ANYTHING.

Booked room for one week at the OYO hotel app at milledgeville Georgia at the super inn suites for one week 329.00. Could not check until 5:00 p.m. got here around 12:00 noon ask the front clerk to look at the room with solicit drugs on the property within 20 minutes had a Rottweiler is trying to eat my service dog the room wasn't even as nice or comfortable as your local police department City jail I tried to cancel they said no. I just left Mount Vernon Kentucky and stayed at the OYO hotel for 3 months and it was very comfortable it was very livable very nice for a two and a half star hotel management Mac and d we're great. So not all Oyo hotels are bad super inn suites here and milledgeville,Ga is not a 1 star getto cell. Management was cool, pleasant, understanding, but OYO customer service! Thief's! Have no clue in satisfying there customers, in order to keep and attaining them. Lost more profit in a long term client, for $329.00 reservation that won't cancel, which I never checked in at, due too checking time here at super inn of Oyo isn't till 5 pm!
OYO corporate customer service are so ignorant, is that may have my $329 right now but I've already reached out to my bank which a pending transaction can always have stopped payment and with the documentation I've never checked in
( with a screenshot of your computer saying I was not checked in) they will stop the payment! Remember my fellow travelers, your bank cares about your money and your business more than some company that has a product that you do not want to purchase especially sight unseen by fake b******* pictures that look nothing like the property! So in the end it may take a few days but I'll get my 329 Oyo hotels will not get nothing nor my business and plenty plenty of word of mouth don't ever ever download OYO Hotel app nor, book a reservation in any of the hotels trust me there's plenty of places out there that are not affiliated with a while hotels and are just as inexpensive and most likely better customer service and probably most likely a better room!

OYO's FAKE COMMITMENT & NO REFUND
October 4, 2022

Booked a hotel through OYO.
Oyo team said Hotel is just 3 KM from Surat Railway Station While it was 14 KM.
I booked for the 4 Adult and 3 Child, but got to know that he booked only 4 Adult while Child name was missing.
Later on cancelled the hotel And it was promissed to return the amount in 14 Days and its been more than 45 days and not refund.

I had made Booking for Hotel in Gurugram and I was provided Booking for another City.
After making repeated Calls to Customer Service they never made Correction to the Booking as mistake was on their part. PLEASE DO NOT USE $#*!TY BOOKING PLATFORM. THEY ARE SCAMMING CUSTOMERS IN THE NAME OF BOOKINGS.

I stayed at the Palette Resort, at first I though ok not so terrible other than you need to park across the street and down a little from the hotel. Then only 1 elevator for the entire hotel you need to go get toilet paper, towels, garbage bags or anything else you need for your room from the front desk yourself, I stayed 4 nights and asked the front desk to please just go and sweep my room and was told I needed to stay at least 5 night to have them sweep your room so I asked for a broom and did that my self. The hallway was not clean and it was very hot, I killed 3 roaches in my room and when I asked to speak to a manager was told she was in a meeting that I can email her this was July 28th and I emailed her 2 times and called again and I still have not received a response back and only 1 employee was nice and helpful all the other I encountered was very rude and not helpful at all. I know it was fairly cheaper than others but you should get some service. I will never stay there again.

Straight hot barbage
November 21, 2022

I booked a room through the Hopper app for this location for a 2 night stay at the price of $114.
When I arrived, the lobby was dark and cold and the front desk clerk did not greet me at all. When I greeted him, he immediately said that he was refusing online bookings. He went further to explain that he had been reporting to the online booking apps to remove the rates. He then told me that in order for me to stay, i would have to pay an additional $80.
Thunking this is a load of rubbish, I contacted the Hopper customer service chat and they were shocked by this information. They tried to contact this location to find out what was going on, but the numbers they called were going to voicemail. I asked the desk clerk for the direct number and he reluctantly rattled off some 866 number. When I reiterated that I needed his direct number, he dismissively pointed at a sign.
I have never been treated so poorly. When the Hopper rep called him, he was just as dismissive and rude, saying, "there's no way I am making money selling rooms for $41"
Rather than letting me stay for the amount I paid and not offering any other solution than me paying $80 more dollars, this scumbag pretty much cut me loose to go stay, where, in my car, I guess?
How is it my fault that EVERY hotel booking site shows less than $80 a night for this hotel? What businessman in his right mind would treat a customer and their support representative in this manner? The way he talked down to me was completely unacceptable.
Where do we go from here? I ended up booking a different hotel just up the road. I spent only$25 more than I originally paid for the OYO room. Furthermore, the room I booked for only slightly more money is cleaner, larger, and the hotel is staffed by respectful, intelligent, and welcoming people.
This horrible little man should not.be permitted to continue his bad behavior and should be penalized for how he treated me.

WORST Hotel. We booked this hotel for 14th August to 15th August for one day stay well before 2 -3 weeks through Agoda. We reached Mathura on 14th August and called hotel for the location but surprisingly hotel reception guy told us that we can not do checkin in hotel as our reservation is not confirmed but our reservation was already confirmed. We called agoda and agoda was saying that reservation is confirmed but now this hotel is asking more price. We called again to Hotel and they told that they can not offer the hotel at that price on which we booked. We booked 2 rooms as we were 2 families with 3 children. Hotel reception guy was very rude on phone and was saying that how can you book hotel at that price from any site and funny thing is that they their-self listed their hotel in those site.
Imagine the mental and physical pain we suffered on that day with 3 children without hotel and finally we could not find any other hotel in Mathura as there was lot of rush because of the long weekend and then we had to cancel our morning railway ticket from Mathura to Gwalior as there was no stay in Mathura because of heavy rush and then we returned back to Delhi and booked next day railway ticket from Delhi to Gwalior in tatkal.

DO NOT BOOK THIS HOTEL IN ANY CASE. THEY ARE BIG CHEAT AND CONMAN.

Hotel oyo en Rosarito

Este hotel es lo mas asqueroso que me pudo pasar, es una porqueria de hotel no se como lo dejan seguir operando las fotos que ponen online no tiene nada que ver esto es una posilga de lo mas asquerosa ahi no limoian no hay mantenimiento, las sabanas manchadas desacindose de viejas los colchones llenos de pelos de comida de rewiduos sabra de cuanto tiempo… los baños un verdadero asco las carpetas las cortinas callendose de mugre las lamparas rotas la bañera llena de moho todo apesta ahi, nunca se le ocurra quesarse ahi mi amiga en cinco minutos le agarro una alergia de la mugre en ese lugar toda la propirdad es un asco tengo fotos para comprobar lo que digo ahi ni por que fuera gratis me quedaria en mi vida los banos llenos de pelos los lavabos igual. Acabamos pagando $89 por una posilga asquerosa.
