It's such a pain dealing with these people at oyo and their numbers are all international numbers and they've made me wait weeks so far for a refund on booking one room for one night when an oyo refused my id for checking at one oyo but anther different oyo down the road accepted it the next day. I believe the teller knew this would be a hassle and did this on purpose to rip me off and I've sent pictures of my ID and several emails and have been given the run-around. If you have any hesitation about this OYO chains customer service, rest assured they are unscrupulous and will rip you off. Don't book with them.
I made a reservation at Oyo Greenery Pattay - the hotel had no record of the reservation.
Oyo customer service refused to help despite multiple calls.they told me to call a Thai number despite the reservation being made from the UK website.
There is no email to contact, all confirmations are no reply addresses, website support doesn't work.
Worst booking experience I've ever had. Total scam. Avoid Oyo hotels at all costs
Very disappointed with the service... Hard to get a refund. Receptionist mistake But we have to take the consequences. OYO double charge & did not want to refund customers money. So long to wait & didn't respond. So bad. Not recommended OYO!
This is the best hotel in Niagara. Very good location and very good price the room was.clean and heat always is on don't listen to the reviews this is the place to be when in Niagara Falls thanks for the hospitality and experience of stating here I will definitely come back here and recommend others to come stay here 5 stars

I have stayed at the Seaside Oregon location twice and as long as I dealt with the front desk directly it was great. Trying to use their website or call their customer help numbers in a nightmare. I get hung up on, links don't work. The confirmation email will give you a link to cancel but it doesn't work. Way to make someone feel confident about the company. I get email from Oyo. Most recent was spring 40% off so I clicked book now and chose my location I wanted. It showed rooms around $54 a night before tax. So I picked the two nights I wanted assuming 108 plus some tax and the I get confirmation for $268. I was able to Google the hotel directly so I talked to the front desk and she did see the reservation but she said they didn't have any rooms for the amount on the email. She did cancel it. I tried to call the customer service number to see why they are sending me emails with rates that are false and the guy just keeps trying to get me to make another reservation and is not listening to me when I am trying to explain about the emails. Finally I hung up. ANYTIME I call and select #2 to "calling about an existing reservation " the system hangs up. I never gave a credit card number.

I never use/suggest Oyo. I've booked a room through Oyo with their offer price & paid to Oyo, when I reached hotel the hotel manager told me that he can't provide any room with that price. Then I've called Oyo, they made me to wait on calls for more than 15minz & later the calls are getting disconnected but no resolution. It's a very bad experience with Oyo.
I booked room for my parents and I got email states your booking is confirmed. Once I reached there those stupid people say they don't have room. What the hell are they doing. I recommend never book hotels through oyo. Don't believe those lying people
This Oyo Hotel (third party reservations) are such a scam. They require you to reserve online before checking into a room. Once arriving to the hotel it did not match the pictures (10-15 year old photos). The room had opened walls, unpainted sparkle in the bathroom and around the sink. Several layers of old caulking. There was dark stains suggesting mold around the base of the shower walls and floor tile. There was sanded white dust from sanding on the floor. You could see tracks from their poor attempt of vacuuming. The bed was undone, and smelt unlaundered. After 15 minutes of searching for new hotels in the area I return to the desk to check out. The front desk person was helpful, but not familiar or confident with their computers. I was required to call the same number to cancel the reservation. Oyo Hotels would not refund the first night and only the second night. They even lied over the phone stating they called the front desk lady and didn't receive an answer (I was standing next to her the entire time they tried calling). They later hung up on the front desk and I. Do not waste your time or risk your health on this hotel company!
Thought i was calling this motel directly. Instead i was sent to someone in california that had a hard time speaking english. I was told i had to pay over the phone to a link they sent. It took me over an hour of trying to understand this person then to pay. I would have stayed somewhere else but they were all booked. There is also a 10 dollar fee for each hour to check in before 3pm, I think the head of this corp enjoys the extra money and control. Nothing new there I guess. Never again.
WE HEARD A MAN SCREAMING IN ELEVATOR AND WE WENT DOWN THE HALLWAY AND THERE WERE STAFF MEMBERS CLEANING THE ROOM AND THEY RADIO DOWN TO SECURITY TO GET THIS MAN HELP. WE FOUND OUT THAT ONE OF THE ELEVATORS WAS OUT SINCE JAN. SUCH A HAZARD. WE ACTUALLY LIKE THE HOTEL BUT WE WANT CLEAR THAT STUFF NEEDS TO IMPROVE.
Never book any hotel or property from OYO. One of the worst app to book hotel. I had book a room from 10 May to 13 May in OYO flagship ******* Shree Residency. When reached at hotel, the manage asked for extra 1200 per day. These OYO customer support team first raise a ticket *******395) against my complain. After sometime these guys auto change my hotel booking ID to another property. It was so worst for me to keep moving here and there with my luggage. Finally these OYO fraud team left me in my condition and even OYO support team keep asking me pay extra charges what hotel owner asking.
When I asked, How they have changed my booking hotel, they replied You will never find hotel room in the this price, which showing over OYO app.

As a trucker I have limited selection of where I can park so obviously I'm forced to stay at cheaper hotels, but not this one! I called ahead to book a room and paid for the room but should have looked at the room before I paid. Once I entered the room I immediately turned around and left and returned the key. The front desk person named Jeff said the hotel rooms were remodeled, I'm not sure which decade he meant they were remodeled? Oyo was not interested in a refund even though I did not stay at the property. Also, the front desk guy seemed more interested in trying to sell me TV dinners out of a chest freezer and providing a so-called taxi service if needed? Also, when you talk to a guy outside the hotel and he tells you he's there to bring somebody to jail it's probably not a place you want to stay around for too long..
Really poor Service. Roaches and fleas galore. Twice now I've been disrespected by the black room service guy. First time when we spilled coffee on the sheets by accident and he said he wasn't cleaning the "$#*!" off the sheets and that we could waste the money to do it ourselves. Second incident was when I was outside smoking a cigar and got blamed for cigarettes at bottom of stairwell. Screamed at me about picking up the cigarettes butts cause he did it the first time. I'm sorry, but that's his damn job to clean the rooms and they refuse to even do their job. Way overpriced rooms for a rundown $#*! hole.
Booked a hotel in pondicherry and paid in full but after reaching hotel they denied entry because they wanted more than double the price advertised on OYO
We had a series of power outages in our area and trying to book hotels was difficult to say the least. First night I had to drive 2 hours to the closest hotel I could find. Next day I came home to check on things and started looking for a hotel closer to home. Well I found one 45 minutes away so I booked 2 rooms. One for me and my wife and one for my mother. Oyo was descent priced so I was content. Well my power came back on so cancelled my reservation. Same day I booked mind you. 2 days later my account was drafted for the charge of the rooms. Seems they didn't cancel and marked me as a no show. After fighting with them to get a refund for several days they finally agreed, however never sent me the money. I contacted them again and it started over saying I am unable to be refunded do to a no call no show. I sent them several different times the email stating they would refund me but these thieves never sent me the money. Do not do business with the jokers.
Horrible company to work with. NEVER work with them, their partner motels and hotels, and Sonrise Motel in Breezewood, PA (Cynthia owner is a liar before God) as misrepresents properties, tempers with motel and hotel records, and will not investigate disputes to assist the customer. I cannot say enough how horrible this group is. RUN AWAY. WILL STEAL your money.
The worst night ever I guess prostitution is common at the location. There was a couple upstairs or next to us god knows where but all night doing it and none would say anything they were at it like animals and she was screaming the whole time and I was like I have a kid in here like none not the front desk was not doing anything and she was right next to it like it wasn't far I will never stay at this place or any other location related to this hotel
