I placed order for a masters level 3000 word literature review with a 5 day deadline. The work I received completely missed the mark with what was basically a rehash of referenced research articles. The language was not academic in the least, and the entire piece of work demonstrated no depth, critique and was entirely descriptive. I had to request 2 revisions and extend the deadline by 5 days. In the end gave up as the syntax of the essay deteriorated with each revision and was clearly not being written by a UK writer familiar with the standard required for masters level. A complete scam and to be avoided!

Received very poor grades for assignments ordered from here. Ordered two assignments, with both being under 60%, and one almost not even passing.

I was very sceptical about trying out this company at first as I have never used an online essay writer before, but I would highly recommend ox essays. I was totally satisfied with my "dissertation template" work and the writer even had it done, a day earlier than previously agreed! Lack of professionalism that the only thing they all have shown so far, they don't give a S**** about the deadline, quality and customer needs.

Customer Service support is absolutely horrible, with no sense of problem-solving and urgency. They changed writers three times since the order was placed, and the draft promised to be delivered was delivered many days of delay and with very low quality. The only thing they are quite agile about is charging the customers.
I was guided by an employee when placing an order, and 2 features selected were wrong (line space and academy level), they made a complete mess with my paper because of that, I call the customer service million times and I keep asking them to correct the order but nothing happens, the only thing that they did is to send the link for an extra payment. They want me to pay more even when they haven't even delivered the draft promised and my project is already delayed 4 days. Now they asked for 5 days extension and the writer is still not engaged as expected. You write to the writer and to get an answer you have to call the customer service, I am starting to believe that this company is a SCAM and I have just lost 800EU.

First time I used oxessays and was a little nervous I must say. I paid £160 for an 11 page (3000 word) and was assigned a writer very shortly after. The completed essay came back 3 days before expected. I did have to ask for a revision on it as some parts were missed out but this was done within two days and in the time frame I asked for. I received a mark of 54% which I was happy with.

Great writing style, nice collaboration with my writer as he did everything I've asked. I recommend this service.

The paper work quality was poor and their answer was very simple: our policy doesn't refund as we are writing for references purposes only and not for submission! Who will agree to pay full amount to have it as references only and receive less than 50 as grading! Not recommended at all!

I wish I can give zero stars. They are bunch of liars and incompetent. A 5 year old can better write a simple reflective essay! Guys please and please save your money and do not use them… THEY DONT REFUND YOUR MONEY As advertised, rather they give you 15% discount on next order! Please listen and save yourself the stress of FAILING!

The paper was done in a very timely manner as i needed it the same day and done to a very good standard. They was ready to redo if i needed it fixed. But i was happy with the paper.

My first assignment I recieved was ok but the second two I could not even use, I had to re word it all in less than 8 hours before deadline. Assignment spoke about complete irrelevant material and made no sense whatsoever I would have failed without a doub had I handed these in. Oxessay do not give refunds no matter how bad the work is.

Submitted an essay from OX essays and got a 70 per cent on my work which is exactly what I asked for. The customer service wasn't on point but otherwise all good.

After i had a job returned TWICE with mistakes being highlighted by a tutor, after i had to pay more even if the mistake was from Oxessays top writers, the company just offered me free tools, even if Oxessays has the "money back guarantee".
All is fine till when is fine, but if they need to repair the damage done, they get totally unprofessional!

The service from oxessay are generally good. And it also it is acceptable. The writer quality are okay for the work

The opening sentence was grammatically incorrect. It read like a fifth grader wrote it after reading cliff notes.
One sentence was,
"Duncan herself."
That was a sentence!
Here is another example, "Her strong character
Makes her wish her was a man..."
Or this. "Lady Macbeth dealings can be compared..."
They wouldn't address giving me a refund or give me an owner's name. They redirected me to a customer service email.
I am writing this review not to slander a company but to warn potential customers that this will not help you so do not waste your time or money.

They did good job in architecture assignment. I've used their services in a paper in architecture and the good they did was good. I might use their services again.

I have used their service twice, first time I did not pass my module because I receive a 33/100 and the second time the essay did not make sense at all. They don't want to give a refund.

I have used Oxessays on a few occasions and up until this point was pleased with their work. However, I feel the need to write honestly here as the customer service I have received this time around was very poor especially to a loyal customer.
I had received a piece of work back from then which I was unhappy with and asked for them to take a second look at it as I felt it was rushed and did not cover what I had requested. Having sent it back to them I then received it back on the day of submission. Two weeks passed and I had this piece of work back from my professor and it was a clear fail and did not hit the mark at all. I CLEARLY stated it was a critical reflection right from the start and the feedback I had was there was no critical reflection and that I had missed the mark. I then got in touch with Oxessays to explain that I'm (was) a loyal customer and explained the feedback I had received and that I was unhappy with the work as the feedback I had was it did not have enough critical analysis like I stated from the start and it was marked a fail. The response I had was Oxessays were happy with what they produced and defended the fact that they are happy to provide work that gets marked as a fail. This is appalling as you don't pay to get failed, rushed work.
Anyway, they then went on to say that you can request work to be redone by the writer but only within 14 days of you receiving it from them (but they gave it to me on day I had to submit to be marked) and as I only got it back 15 days after I submitted it I was not able to do this. As I'm a loyal (was) customer I thought the least they could have done was listen to me and allowed this one off piece of work to be looked at again as clearly their writer was not up to it (even though I paid extra for a top 10% writer who holds a PHD). Instead they said I'd have to pay again to have the piece looked at by either the same or different writer.

I find this customer service very poor and will not be using their services again as clearly they provide stuff that doesn't meet the grade expected and when you get a failed mark they say openly they are happy with that work.

I've screen shots my communication with the company and will happily share with anyone who would like to see it so you can see I'm telling the truth and judge for yourself. All I was asking is that they look at it free of charge as I paid a lot of money for it only for them to say the failed grade is fine even though he's a top 10% writer with a PHD that I paid extra for. All they had to do was look at it for free as clearly the writer is very poor and does not have a PHD otherwise this would never of happened. Oxessays will now rely to this saying they were happy with the quality of writing and that it's my fault for not getting it back to them in 14 days even though I had already sent it back once to them and when I received it back it had to be sent off to my uni! NOT ACCEPTABLE AND VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. Please avoid so you don't end up in my position of paying for very overly rated writers!

Never trust this essay writing service. I had 2 horrible experience with them. They never follow your instructions, they only use fake references, very very low quality of paper and they never deliver the paper on time. Don't waste your money guys. They never refund your money. My order number is *******535. I spend 163 pound and I got nothing!. And now I'm preparing apply for legal remedies. Guys again don't waste your money it is SCAMM!

Couple of weeks ago I ordered an economics essay (master level, top 10 writers etc) the paper even wasnt a highschool level! I asked for revision but they couldnt provide paper back on time! I failed because of them! I asked for compensation but they offered 7% of total money to give back. Guys DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY
