I have used Oxessays on a few occasions and up until this point was pleased with their work. However, I feel the need to write honestly here as the customer service I have received this time around was very poor especially to a loyal customer.
I had received a piece of work back from then which I was unhappy with and asked for them to take a second look at it as I felt it was rushed and did not cover what I had requested. Having sent it back to them I then received it back on the day of submission. Two weeks passed and I had this piece of work back from my professor and it was a clear fail and did not hit the mark at all. I CLEARLY stated it was a critical reflection right from the start and the feedback I had was there was no critical reflection and that I had missed the mark. I then got in touch with Oxessays to explain that I'm (was) a loyal customer and explained the feedback I had received and that I was unhappy with the work as the feedback I had was it did not have enough critical analysis like I stated from the start and it was marked a fail. The response I had was Oxessays were happy with what they produced and defended the fact that they are happy to provide work that gets marked as a fail. This is appalling as you don't pay to get failed, rushed work.
Anyway, they then went on to say that you can request work to be redone by the writer but only within 14 days of you receiving it from them (but they gave it to me on day I had to submit to be marked) and as I only got it back 15 days after I submitted it I was not able to do this. As I'm a loyal (was) customer I thought the least they could have done was listen to me and allowed this one off piece of work to be looked at again as clearly their writer was not up to it (even though I paid extra for a top 10% writer who holds a PHD). Instead they said I'd have to pay again to have the piece looked at by either the same or different writer.

I find this customer service very poor and will not be using their services again as clearly they provide stuff that doesn't meet the grade expected and when you get a failed mark they say openly they are happy with that work.

I've screen shots my communication with the company and will happily share with anyone who would like to see it so you can see I'm telling the truth and judge for yourself. All I was asking is that they look at it free of charge as I paid a lot of money for it only for them to say the failed grade is fine even though he's a top 10% writer with a PHD that I paid extra for. All they had to do was look at it for free as clearly the writer is very poor and does not have a PHD otherwise this would never of happened. Oxessays will now rely to this saying they were happy with the quality of writing and that it's my fault for not getting it back to them in 14 days even though I had already sent it back once to them and when I received it back it had to be sent off to my uni! NOT ACCEPTABLE AND VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. Please avoid so you don't end up in my position of paying for very overly rated writers!
