They might be cheap but theres a reason for that...DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY IF YOU ARE SOMEONE WHO VALUES THEIR TIME AND GOOD SERVICE
You will never get through to an agent who can actually help and when you do, they wont be able to help you to change or modify anything so just be okay with whatever flight you book if you're sure.

I was very freaked out but now I am so happy my doubts are clear by their email which they explained to me. I was about to cancel my ticket and wanted to refund money back. But there were service charges amount if I canceled the flight but this the rules and regulations. They say why you not reschedule the ticket that was such a smart idea. I just reschedule my ticket with help of $50 bundle plan which I had with my ticket I am so amazed by their services OVGAO Especially thanks to Avery & Derek on the called they listened to me very calmly and gave me the right decision I will absolutely recommend to everyone OVGAO Travel services and there trust flying...

We had a flight canceled due to covid. It took 8 months for any type of resolution and now we're trying to use our credit for a much cheaper domestic flight with the same airline. They say we have to go to our original location. We can't go to our original location due to COVID. I explain that we can't go there due to covid and the flight we want to take is much cheaper and the same airline. I get a rude response from the agent. I inquire about a rerouting fee. I get no response. I email customer care and get no response.

I bought a ticket in 2020 and it was the biggest regret of my life! They don't want to refund and to reschedule it had to be on the date they chose and on top of that I had to pay an absurd amount of difference... not enough, my original flight included two checked bags and they didn't include it in the rescheduling. I WILL NOT ACCEPT THIS, I WANT THE BAGGAGE I HAVE RIGHT!

Agent Taylor was very professional and assisted our family trip with nice tickets for reasonable prices.
Overall the booking process was fast and easy.

They scammed me $3000 because when we got to the airport they said payment was processed which we were highly confused when we had confirmation. For our second flight, we called the airline and they said the tickets were cancelled. Soooo I tried contacting ovago multiple times in which they kept saying booking is confirmed which does not answer the rest at alll. Not to mention when you call them, they call you at the same time on a different number! Also to add, they keep transferring you the call to all departments with 0 help

They have PATHETIC customer services.

I was trying to reach file my flight to a sooner date, was on call with them for 3 consecutive days, by call I am mostly hold for more than 10yrs in total.

Still NO ONE HELPED.

Instead one stupid agent while assisting me, ended up cancelling my return flight altogether and now I don't have a return flight.

Pay $1000 more but never book flight with them in my opinion or unless you are super sure of dates your are booking because if you want to change or reschedule even if you have support bundle in your plan

No they are not safe. Be aware of their scam. They will cancel your confirmed ticket if they find a customer willing to pay more for your ticket. This is what they do: they issue you a confirmed ticket for the cheap price that you think you managed to get. Then they cancel your flight and offer you either a refund or reschedule your flight to another date. If you take the option of rescheduling then you have taken their bait. This is because they leave your booking in processing state unconfirmed forever and in the mean time they try to find other customers who are willing to pay more. If some other customer accept to buy the same ticket for the higher newly advertised price, they ditch you stating that the airlines did not process your ticket (they blame the airlines and get away). If no one gets the higher ticket then they give you the ticket. You have a huge chance of not flying because of this immoral price bidding genius technique. Pay a little bit more with a reputable known online travel booking agent like Priceline, Expedia... etc. And save yourself.

I bought a tkt to Australia with Ovago on 2020. Due to the Pandemic I wasn't able to go. As of today no refund, moreover no (zero) updates from the Ovago. Same year I bought tkts with Expedia and other airlines directly (Lufthansa and Delta). All of them returned the funds, and kept me posted. Ovag's interest is only to get the business then it is easy to forget. The worst.

I had a flight to Mexico, Melinda was so understanding and found for me a really good deal based on my preferences, thank for your expertise and help.

They cancelled my flights a month from departure, wouldn't reschedule them, and the refund is gonna take three weeks to get back to me. Which means I've got to pay for the ticket again WHILE THEY STILL HAVE MY MONEY.

Very poor customer service. Customer service agent named Zachary just wouldn't do the full refund even when flight is cancelled by the airline. I will not recommend anyone using this site

The airline cancelled my flights - by law they are required to refund all my money. However, Ovago is holding my refund hostage until I agree to let them charge an astronomical $2300 for 4 tickets for their "service fee" for the refund! This feels like extortion! From all the horrible reviews I've read online, I doubt I would even get any of my money back if I paid them even more money! THE WORST COMPANY I HAVE EVER DEALT WITH!

Betty was extremely patient with me with all of my questions. I can tell she is the best in her work. Because of her, I will now use you guys to book my future trips.

Highly not recommend the outfit for ticket booking. During online booking you receive "technical error". Then agent calls you with a same ticket but 200 dollars more.

Website said lowest cast and it was close until I was charged 321 dollars for a fee

PLEASE PLEASE it is my Sunday and I am chatting now 4 hours and have paid already two additional costs today in totaling $400 but they have not solved my problem and still one of the segment is economy. ROBBERS AND SCAMMERS - NEVER AGAIN
