I have been trying to rebook my return flight to a later date, was able to speak to someone gave me prices which were above $500 each person from the original flight. He then told me that I will receive an email about the details and how to rebook it, weeks passed and NOTHING. Tried calling their hotline and it just hangs up whenever directed to the "change itinerary" option. Tried talking to their useless CHAT support - but they just keep on passing me from different agents to the other. Saying that someone already assisted me and it was out of their scope. Like what the hell?! What's the use of talking to them if they can't help me with my problem?! At the end, I didn't get anything. A LOT of time wasted and nothing happened. You are so unreliable. And I made a mistake booking with you. Please do better assisting your customers.
I'm not the kind of person who complains but money that was used to book this flight is no joke. It was hard earned money and we want to make sure we get the best from that, and you failed us.
They are scammers be aware, I'm one of thier victims, they scamed over $1700 to selling me fake flights ticket. I'm still fight them to get my money back.

I booked a flight ticket from Ovage
On 5/31/2024. There policies say the ticket can be cancelled within 24 hours for free. I booked a ticket and add $50 for the later cancellation fee if something happens.After few hours I want to cancel it but they still charge me $50 bucks. On 6/3/2024 I got a call from this company, the guy whose name is Lender, he asked me if I want to choose the seat, but I have to pay extra money for it. Later he called me back and emailed me he wants me to buy other insurance to protect my trip. All the policies are on their website but they don't follow it. This is misconduct. I feel uncomfortable with this company I continue to cancel the ticket, and they emailed me on 6/3/2024 which I have to pay them $350 to cancel the ticket. Then they charged me other $1.35 from my credit card. I don't understand why they charge me for it. It sounds like they've got my credit card then they can charge me whatever they want to do.I feel uncomfortable and unsafe with this agent.
I put the fee in the bank dispute and I request them to refund my all money back. On 6/8/2024 they emailed me if I withdraw dispute the from the bank then they can keep the same ticket. I withdrew the fee from the dispute and emailed them.
Today, they emailed me, which I still have to pay other $500 for other flights with-different times and they still charge me $350 dollars for the cancellation fee. This is not a company they are scammers. They just deceive the consumer. They are so greedy. On 6/9/2024, I call them to make sure if they keep the ticket. But they lies to me and they cancelled my ticket without telling me. I tried to email them but I couldn't send it to them. I called them but they blocked me. They are scammers. Avoid them.
I had a flight booked from Iquitos Peru to Lima Peru, then on to Mexico City to San Antonio. When I tried to check in to my Peruvian flights, suddenly, they had gone missing. I called into Customer Service and they said they would help me and call me back. They never did and I had to buy a second ticket from another carrier at an additional $1300 USD cost. I then received an email from Customer Service saying, "Great news! Your issue has been resolved." Ovago NEVER resolved my issue. I did. Additionally, on my way to Peru, one of my flights was running late. I called Ovago ahead of time to ask for their assistance in planning my next flight because I knew I was going to miss my connection. They told me to call the airline and they would adjust it for me because Ovago couldn't do anything. I ended up spending 2 nights stranded in 2 different airports due to their lack of assistance. Calling into customer service was a nightmare, as well. One woman had screaming children in the background. Another time I called, you could hear that man's family speaking loudly and he couldn't hear anything I was saying. Why did I buy the insurance?! It was useless. It was the worst and most expensive experience I have ever had.
Think 3 stars would be fair. There were some problems when contacting them, but they did actually exchange my flight because the original was cancelled
Went to check in only to be advised there wasn't a flight today, despite an email confirmation from OVAGO stating Flight to Munich via Helsinki departing Haneda Monday 21st November 2022@ 11.35am.JAL staff very apologetic advised us to contact travel agents OVAGO. Only access was via Customer chat. After numerous chats, failed attempts to contact by phone and hollow promises of callbacks did i eventually get through to an operator. Now 5.00pm. He blamed the airline for the problem, declined my requests to speak to a Manager.Eventually got the Eticket, however despite the fact the original error was OVAGO they are not accepting this. We're out of pocket for accommodation in both Japan and Germany and interconnecting flights.
AVOID using OVAGO. No customer service whatsoever. Unfortunately I had to give them a star but they certainly don't deserve it!
I purchased tickets before the pandemic and the flight got canceled in April of 2020. I opted for flight credits and asked them to send the details through email and they said they would but I never received an email. I called multiple times for the details to be emailed to me but every time they said they would but did not follow through. Then when I wanted to book a flight with the credits I found out it was only through Air France and they did not have any destinations or times that worked for me. I asked if I could get a refund and they said I needed the last 4 digits of the card used, so I sent the number and Baldwin said it was an incorrectly number and I had to go to the bank to fix it. The bank said that I should ask for a check addressed the the billing address because the last 4 digits Ovago had on file did not match any account I have or had. I asked for a check but Baldwin said he can't do that. I found the bank statement of the purchase that was the card numbers I had originally sent them, took a screenshot and sent it to Baldwin and then all of a sudden they found the correct card number that matched mine. Now they said I have to wait 2-4 business weeks for them to process the refund but when I called them after that time they said it actually could take a few months, and it has already been a month and a half. I feel like my time has and is still being wasted and I will never be booking with them again to avoid this experience in the future.
This is the worst company I have ever seen in my life! Daughter got corona and was stuck in Brazil with my wife I called for a week and a half every day most days on hold for 5 hrs just so they can hang up on me or lie to me saying the guys not here today but will be here tomorrow call tomorrow oh sorry it got transferred to another guy who's not here after over a week of this and my wife and daughter being stuck in Brazil they offered me some crazy deal $718 for the so called difference in ticket prices I said but my wife found tickets for both of them for $800 total! They said no there is no such tickets being so tired of this I said ok and gave my credit card just to wait 3 more days and them never to send the ticket that they said would take 2 minutes in the end we bought new tickets they got home at last and if you call to get a refund you wait on hold for hours for them to hang up on you this site is a SCAM they will take your money and you can't trust them that you'll ever get your ticket please don't let them take your money to!

The worst experience of our lives! Recently Poland and Germany were added to "do not travel list" due to extremely high rates of COVID-19 cases. With current pandemic that poses a serious health risk to one unvaccinated minor in our travel group and a family member who we are planning to visit that has cancer; therefore, we decided to ask for a refund or to changed travel dates on our tickets. Initial request was put with Ovago on Friday 12/03. Ovago agent Alton said it will take 2 days for him to contact Lufthansa and get back to us. Monday 12/06, still no message from Alton. I called Ovago and was transferred to Alton. He said he contacted Lufthansa and they do not allow changes to my reservation. When I asked about refund? He said, ok I can contact them again but that will take another 24 hours for me to get back to you. Tuesday, 12/07, today, I receive a call from Alton saying Lufthansa did not allow refund and my best bet is to take the flights I currently have on my itinerary.
I called Lufthansa just now, and rep told me they cannot give me a refund, but changes are permitted on the fare - so I can rebook it to different dates, but is has to be done through Ovago as Lufthansa cannot see the fare I paid.
So as you can see Ovago is a bunch of liars who are quick to take your money, but do not care about assisting you later with rebooking.
I am on hold calling Ovago exchange department now. Let's see what they tell me now.
Please take your money and book directly with airlines if possible. These travel agencies are thieves!
I spoke to Nancy in December 2020, prior to the scheduled flight departure,. At that time, Nancy communicated that for a cost of $125 per ticket, I could extend the value of the tickets for 12 months. She made NO mention of a $200 change fee at the time of future booking. If she had, I would NOT have spent the $500 ($125 X 4) to extend the tickets and I certainly would not have agreed to ultimately pay $1300 (total) for the ability to rebook. DO NOT USE OVAGO TO BOOK FLIGHT RESERVATIONS!
Where to start. Well after 10 call back, 10+hrs wait and discussion with 6+ agent we are not able to rebook our flight that was cancelled due to COVID.

The only way I could book my flight post-covid was through this site. Google flights did not give me any other option to book. When I booked my flight I had to verify two small transactions in my bank account. I completed that and was sent an email that my flight was being. Processed. I have never booked a flight that hadn't been confirmed right after. The next morning I received an email that the price of the tickets I had booked had changed. They stated that they would put a hold on my flight for so many hours and to email them that I confirm that I would pay the new higher price. I confirmed within the time limits. An hour later I received an email stating that my flight had been canceled and that I could change to another flight for $940. Throughout the process, Ovago's emails stated that my 2 seats were on hold for so many hours while I decided if I wanted to confirm. How did someone else buy my original seats if they had truly been put on hold. I believe this company is only interested in making the most money off of you as they can.
I only noticed because I checked the status on my flight via the airline (not via OVAGO's website). I tried to get in touch with Ovago but they never responded to any of my many messaged.
After asking me for another phone number over email and 'e refusing to do so they charged me 1.48 and never issued my ticket

Found a great deal from SFO to BCN on Ovago and even had an agent help me book. She was super attentive while making the sale and confimed the flight would be via Ibiria, on an Ibiria airplane. I tripled ask this because I did not want to book a flight on Ibiria's budget airline Level, I would bite the bullet and pay extra to not fly with Level, so I made sure to ask this question. The agent, whose name is Molly assured me that it was not a Level airplane. Long story short, The flight that was booked for me, which is non refundable IS IN FACT A LEVEL AIRPLANE, which is low budget. They don't serve you food, drinks etc. This agent straight up lied to make the sale. Do not use them, they are a scam!
