Worst service ever! These guys are actual scammers. I bought a ticket at a price but they send me an email we are processing it. After being on hold for hours, they tell me that the prices has changed no, so you need to pay more for us to confirm it. If your system is made of wood and you are slow, then don't run an agency. Then, they asked me to confirm the cancellation which was the end of patience. I hate these ****.

I booked the ticket through google flights. There was an option to buy ticket from Ovago with discount. I bought the tickets from Ovago but they are not confirming the tickets. It is a scam don't buy ticket from this website.

Wow do these guys suck. They didn't tell us our flight number had changed until we couldn't check in. Called the airline told us it was changed a month ago and ovago was supposed to tell us. I talked to probably 6 different people that day who all told me that the new tickets "were coming soon" no offer of anything to help fix the problem, just empty apologies. We ended up not being able to check into our flight until a few hours before and didn't get seats together (big deal for me as I'm a nervous flyer). Was hung up on multiple times and never felt heard by the people I spoke to. Never book with these guys.

I cancelled my air ticket 4 weeks ago, but I still can't get the refund. They always said that the money is held by airline company. Bad service, long waiting time when call or just leave message. The staff can't answer any question. But they always call me to sell the insurance even I told them I have cancelled the purchase of the air ticket.

It is scam company, they do not provide any about your ticket type is it flexible or none refundable. They gonna lie it is via company policy but after contacting AA they confirmed that it is not true. I wish I read reviews about them before got involved with them. Now they are trying to CONvince that they were showing that ticket not refundable which is a lie. Read all others reviews and stay away from this company.

Bought the plane tickets ans 24 hours later, a guy named Shawn called me and told me I have to pay 180$ to reserve seats or else they could not guarantee I'd have one. I asked him if I could do it at the airport for free and he said I'd pay more.

Called Delta directly and they reserved the seats for free.

I booked a flight 8 months earlier and asked multiple time from rep regarding cancellation
He confirmed i can cancel it with 50$ charges.
Now due to an emergency I need to cancel my flight and refund it but Ovago is telling me can not refund it

If u book via Ovago, you're on ur own. They won't help u if you needed help! You'll end up buying new ticket if anything happens and you can't fly on the original date. They won't call you back, and they find any excuse to dodge around the questions and get rid of you. I had to buy a new return ticket when any other agency could have easily fixed my issue.

I wish I had the option to hand them zero stars.
I was presented with the option of CFAR(Cancelation for any reason) which the agent categorically explained to me that I could: 1. Rebook for free 2. Cancel for free.
When I was about to rebook, they made me pay $300. Now, my "agent " promised helping me get a refund but after a couple of days, he sent me their FAQs link which was like a piece of trash to me. What for? I don't know.
Now, I'm asking for a cancelation and they're not giving me even half the ticket price. I'm getting a 100 percent refund. Thieves!

WORST COMPANY EXISTED MESSED UP EVERYTHING. THEY MADE ME LOSE MY FLIGHT AND ACTED LIKE THEY FIXED IT FOR ME WHEN TO THE AIRPORT AND TURNS OUT THEY DID NOTHING

WE PURCHASED TICKETS FROM THIS SITE TO EUROPE ON JUNE 2023.
GOING OUT WAS ALRIGHT BUT COMING BACK WAS A NIGHTMARE.
OUR RETURN FLIGHT WAS CANCELLED WITHOUT GETTING NOTICE AND WE FOUND OURSELVES STUCK IN THE AIRPORT. THE SERVICE DESK WOULD NOT TALK TO US(THIRD PARTY TICKETS) SO WE CALLED OVAGO AND LITTLE WE KNOW WAS NO ONE WOULD TALK TO US AT ALL. SO WE PURCHASED NEW TICKETS FOR ONE WAY BACK WHICH COST US DOUBLE THE PRICE. OVAGO LIED STATING THAT I NEVER CALLED THEM. NOW WE ARE IN DISPUTE TO RECOVER THE COST OF RETURN FLIGHT

Sadly I'll have to join the several bad reviews here, as was scammed out of $45 usd for "advanced seat selection". It could have been worse as I had gotten a "discount" at this price. What makes me angry is I asked the customer service rep several times if this is something I could have done on my own and she insisted that I would have to go through her company and not direct with the airline. It's a shame these types of setups exist, solely to gauge customers. I also told her repeatedly I didn't have money to spare which is horrible energy from a company willingly preying on unknowing customers. Bad juju!

You will fill in your information and put your payment info, and you will see a text telling you that something went wrong, and someone will call you to help you. Within 5 mins, your phone will ring from a US number, and you will hear a guy talking with a thick accent and tell you, "Sir, the price you saw is not available anymore. You have to pay $500 extra. And you will tell him now. Thank you. You will go somewhere else and buy the ticket. The next day from 7 am, the guy with a thick accent will text you and tell you he charged you the same old price. You will tell him no; why did you do that? I told you no. He will tell you, OK, I will issue a refund. And GOOD LUCK with that. You will think you are smart and call your bank, and your bank will tell you we will investigate this. And will refuse to credit you because this is something you did with another company which means civile. So short, long story, DONT DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY.

I am convinced that Ovago is operating as a scam. The only legitimate aspect of this company is that if you book a flight, you will get the airplane ticket. But any other add ons from seat selection, meal assignments, etc will not be completed. They will charge you for extras like seat assignments, but they won't be booked with the airline, and it will be a painful process to get your money back (if you even do- I haven't gotten mine back yet). The workers won't be able to help you, and they will tell tell you endlessly that they will get back to you 'soon'.

Dealing with this company has been a nightmare. Save yourself the energy and book elsewhere.

Avoid this company at all costs! I wish I would have read Ovago reviews before booking with them. My daughter booked a trip with her university through Ovago in November 2022. In April 2023, Ovago notified her that three of her flights on the return were cancelled. During 2+ months they did not resolve the issue. Thankfully we purchased travel insurance and were able to get a full refund. After numerous calls to customer service and being told to wait 24 hours(this went on for days), we booked her trip through Expedia in minutes. The customer service people at Ovago were polite, but lacked the ability to solve the issues. Stay away from Ovago at all costs!

They scammed me $3000 because when we got to the airport they said payment was processed which we were highly confused when we had confirmation. For our second flight, we called the airline and they said the tickets were cancelled. Soooo I tried contacting ovago multiple times in which they kept saying booking is confirmed which does not answer the rest at alll. Not to mention when you call them, they call you at the same time on a different number! Also to add, they keep transferring you the call to all departments with 0 help

They might be cheap but theres a reason for that...DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY IF YOU ARE SOMEONE WHO VALUES THEIR TIME AND GOOD SERVICE
You will never get through to an agent who can actually help and when you do, they wont be able to help you to change or modify anything so just be okay with whatever flight you book if you're sure.
