I booked ticket twice and both times they didn't issue ticket and threated me to buy on higher price and pay the amount otherwise they will charge from card, its financial fraud, i have complained not only to bank but also to FBI this company should be banned for doing business and forcing customer to pay for cancellation

I have been asking for return date change and one person said after 12 hrs, second day say 6 hrs, third day says 3 mins and kept going
