The only way I could book my flight post-covid was through this site. Google flights did not give me any other option to book. When I booked my flight I had to verify two small transactions in my bank account. I completed that and was sent an email that my flight was being. Processed. I have never booked a flight that hadn't been confirmed right after. The next morning I received an email that the price of the tickets I had booked had changed. They stated that they would put a hold on my flight for so many hours and to email them that I confirm that I would pay the new higher price. I confirmed within the time limits. An hour later I received an email stating that my flight had been canceled and that I could change to another flight for $940. Throughout the process, Ovago's emails stated that my 2 seats were on hold for so many hours while I decided if I wanted to confirm. How did someone else buy my original seats if they had truly been put on hold. I believe this company is only interested in making the most money off of you as they can.
This is my second time using this booking service, I had some serious doubts about booking not from the airline directly at the beginning, but this service (and especially Ozzy) made me realise that booking from them come with a much lower price and with extremely higher value. And the fact that Ozzy managed to meet all of my requirements made me truly happy.

I booked a family trip to Europe with these guys. I show up at the airport and flight was canceled. No prior notification. I called customer service. An hour later I was able to get a hold of someone on the line. He told me he had rebooked it for the next morning. Next morning I go to the counter there no reservation for me and my family. Three hours later I can't get a hold of someone that can help. I get transferred to a supposedly flight change department where none answer ever.
If you have money to waste or time to spare go ahead fall for their cheap price.
If you need to do any changes to your itinerary - use any other service than Ovago. Bad and unhelpful customer service. Any requests takes over a week to process and they blame any other party for delays. Don't do business with this company. It is a waste of money and energy and only creates frustration.

I purchased two tickets from Ovago, had to cancel them, followed every procedure required from Ovago and never received a refund. I have spoken to someone on a monthly basis with no help. Only response is it's still waiting, let me check into this and call you back. No one helps ever. Beware and stay away.

Ovago is a scam of a company! I had booked 3 flights to Germany for my family as a gift during Covid. I knew that it would be a risk to take a trip thus I booked through Ovago because they specifically said refunds would be made for cancellations. The flights were booked from 9/18/2020-10/4/2020 and the trip was canceled on 9/8/2020. We had all the correct paper work to file a claim to recieve our refund due to international travel restrictions as well as work restrictions due to Covid-19. The company acknowledged our claims and told me I would receive credit to my credit card account. I have yet to receive this credit even though the company has been contacted almost weekly since cancellation requesting this refund. They continue to tell us our refund is on its way. They have stolen from me, taken my money and ran. This is robbery and I would never suggest anyone booking through this horrendous company again. I am still waiting on my refund after 9 months. They deserve less than 1 stars.
My flights were canceled and I received a partial cash refund and $700 in vouchers to be used in the next year. There were 14 $50 vouchers and I tried to use them and they said I could use only one voucher per flight! Spoke to the supervisor and he was firm that there was absolutely nothing else that could be done and basically I have to suck up the $700 on a canceled flight. Robbers!
Thanks to Ovago, I had the worst experience in my 30+ years of traveling.
I understand individual people make mistakes, but several members of their help services via chat, email, and phone, failed me. I was given incorrect information, given incorrect flight information, told to wait for a response from them so they could rebook me (several times) and wasn't helped at all after, and much much more. Every time, they assured me a manager would reach back to me via email, chat, or phone, and no one ever did.
None of my issues were resolved, and I paid for each solution myself. I only made it through this problematic experience thanks to the airport staff and Iberia personnel. If I'd known I'd have to end up resolving everything myself, I would've never waited on the supposed assistance Ovago was sending.

I purchased two tickets around September and due to circumstances had to cancel both tickets. I've been getting the run around with customer service for 3 months now with no help just a representative who continues to say I'll contact you later about this or you need to contact the airlines. I did all the leg work and turns out per United airlines they refunded my booking agency aka Ovago 3 months ago for my ticket yet Ovago hasn't refunded me anything yet. I contacted Ovago again and to my surprise again they said they need to contact someone about this and requested I call back in 3 days. This company is the worse
