Worthless!
June 11, 2019

I paid them over $10,000 and received nothing worthwhile. Then when I tried to cancel they strung me along, saying that they would note the date of the request but I would have to a Solution Specialist before it would be final. I notified them i writing, same thing. I talked to the Solution Specialist, * He just tried to convince me to continue to waste my money. Even though I was assured by him that I would not be billed any further, my credit card was charged. When I called to get the charge credited, the BS continued.

The bottom line is do not get mixed up with this company. Their product is worthless and their customer service is non-existent.

When I signed up they promised that I would get a phone call every month to go over the progress of using this tool to grow my business and to go over any questions I had, but they only called me twice and it's been over six months ago. Also, at the beginning they were posting about 12 times per month, and in the last two months they only posted once on my face book account. When I called them, they said sorry but we don't do the call any more and sorry for not letting you know and sorry for not letting you know about the few posts on face book... I was trying to have a conversation with them and hear from them not that they were sorry, but instead, what they were going to do to help me to grow my business though Outboundengine! But it was clear that they did not care, they were so cold and just said: do you want to cancel your account? What do you want to do? They didn't care! I need social media to get my name and company out there, but if they are not going to do their part, then what good is it for me (or anyone) to sign up with them.

I have read alot of books about how to improve your real estate business. One of the top tips is to post things on social media and stay in touch with newsletters. This is what Outbound Engine is doing for me and now I am not worried that I am lacking in that department.

Disappointed in their content and program. Dissatisfied with their service and instead of telling me we are sorry we would like to satisfy you but if not we will cancel everything. Instead their position if you cancel the service they say no cancellation unless you pay the balance due in
Due. Who wants to do business with a company like that today.

RUN! THEY ARE THE WORST!

I have used Outbound Engine for over 2 years. They were charging me $249 per month until I called as I saw on the internet the price was $179 per month. Their emails bounce as they are mass emails and most ISP bounce them. They then mark the email invalid but don't notify you that it was bounced. I included my own email and didn't receive their weekly email I was paying for. When I called to cancel for non performance all they wanted to do was argue, refuse to cancel even though I clearly stated in both email and telephone I was cancelling the service! I am still trying to get my money back from unauthorized charges to my credit card! Don't give them your credit card! You will regret it!

Helpful system

I like the way the system helps me stay in touch with existing clients and social media. Good customer support and I appreciate the follow up and the date retrieved notification from the system after each roll out of a newsletter.

I like having the ability to contact new clients easily and provide current clients with up-to-date, relevant information. I find it difficult to keep up with all my clients and sometimes struggle with technology. Only down side is the price.

Try to cancel
November 20, 2019

While the content of the service is not bad and perhaps even a necessary evil. I was told on multiple calls a simple pay per month basis and can cancel anytime... I have tried to cancel. Someone from the company will call you and attempt to get to to stay on. They will continue to argue and threaten to continue charging your card for up to 1 year. Immediately after hanging up they charged my card for another month! Stay away... desperate people/companies do desperate things!

Needed something that could reach all customers, current and past. We needed an effective way to send an email to all past and current customers. OutboundEngine makes it much easier to get our name out there for new people to hear of us. Also, they bring new ideas of what people could be looking for and new ideas of ways we could help our clients. I love having the ability to send mass emails keeping our name in our customers minds.

I chose Outbound because of the broad brand recognition and products offered. I needed help with a regularly distributed newsletter with relevant content and assistance of any kind with solidifying our brand recognition and products. I really like the automated elements of the service, especially the reminders when to reach out at tight time. The outboundengine service is cheaper than hiring someone in-house to perform the marketing tasks I need, and I really like the content and email blasts. Very professional-looking. I would highly recommend this service.

Raquel is the worse! This business is a scam. I recommend everyone who has dealt with this scam company report them to your local news. I also recommend that you report them to the Better Business Bureau for enticing customers to sign up for marketing strategies and support that DO NOT exist. They just want your money and once you sign up you are now cemented in this one-sided contract for at minimum 90 days. One day over 90 days you are now locked in for another 90 days, I made payments for ZERO work! Who does that?

We deliver the best price to value feature for feature in the industry with over $1200 in value for less than $300 per month. I enjoy having the ability to send emails that had a link to the specific sites I wanted. I saw a referral partner using it and thought it was really great content. I like the automation and like how I can see my engaged contacts. It helps me understand my clients' wants and needs and stay relevent without being too aggressive with emails and marketing.

Do not waste your money with outbound engine. There is no result of the advertising they send out because they are so generic and does no reflect your business. There is no return of investment.

When you want to cancel, they want to charge you 3 more months for the service they don't perform.
Biggest Scammer!. If they program is good, people would not cancel. Please refer to the BBB and find out how many complaints filed against Outboundengine with the same story, trying to scam people when they want to cancel!
