Have had an account there for long time, is very expensive for some features ( like reports) does give some value but when you want to delete or change the subscriptions the fun starts. Their supports are bots and automated replies. Lets say they will faster reply to this negative review then they do to support request for their existing clients
I use the free plan of semrush. The best thing in SEMrush i like about semrush is the site audit tool. It helps me a lot in imporving my seo. Also you can collect ideas for your ranking pages to get higher rankings. Definately recommend semrush.

Tip for consumers:
dont buy any ad ons , service is expensive as is , you are easily maxed out on the $100 account with what they offer. so if you have one website it will be enough if you have multiple, they will milk you .
Products used:
their standard account $100 us and their reporting $100 ( this last one is a total waste and not usable) save your money , you canprint your report sa pdf and change after opening this faster your details and doing it through their service
Been using the site for over 2 years if not more. I think it's one of the best tools out there and it's constantly improving. The only issue for me is that their data isn't always accurate.
