OutboundEngine works well and we haven't had any issues with it so far. It simplifies many tasks that we don't have the time to carry out ourselves. It's easy to use and helps me stay in touch with people.

I responded to * Message through direct messaging channels, and have yet to receive a response. I would like to update the public on that Outbound Engine are still liars and now thieves since they keep trying to charge my account for services they did not and cannot provide. If this company attempts to do business with you, run at the first sight because from the constant harassment and deception the company provides it is no wonder how they have not shut down already or been sued into oblivion.

First, let me state that I am pretty sure any positive reviews left for Outbound Engine are from workers in the company, and the one-star reviews are the only authentic reviews. The way Outbound Engine handles its business is extraordinarily fraudulent and shady at best. This company will make several promises of their capabilities and features that they simply do not offer, and I can give you a list of at least a solid dozen but wouldn't want to bore you. The main take away you need to know when thinking about dealing with this company (because you are already well aware of if they have somehow found a way to sucker you as they did us) are the following points:
-The person handling your account does nothing to help with content creation and additionally lacks the skillset so can't even speak the same language about marketing techniques or design (basically just an unnecessary middle man with no value)
-Outbound Engine will not take the time to discuss your company, your niche, what makes your company different from everyone else, our your goals for your company. Instead, they craft generic emails based off the broad field you work in (ex. If you are a car wash company that specializes in your own turtle wax, they will only create general content for you based on car washes); which anyone that knows anything about marketing knows you need to make yourself stand out in the crowd, but it is impossible for them to help you with that when they don't take the time to get to know your business
-The "manager" from Outbound engine we spoke with, genuinely believes that two emails a month to your client base is more than enough to generate and keep customers anyone that has a basic understanding of marketing would know this not to be the case; there can easily be a debate on what the best number is but in reality it varies based on your customer and the fact that he refused to believe otherwise showed me how "green" this company was and that they have novice running the site.
-If you do call the company out on fraud, they will refuse to get back to you and even if you literally have not moved passed the fail of their onboarding, they will not refund your money despite lying about what they have to offer
-They refuse to give you a written contract and go solely based on a verbal agreement that they are also unable to provide a copy of to you
-This company will fight you tooth and nail to stop doing business with them and charging your card even they are the ones that lied to get your business
Additionally, if you speak to the "manager", he will consistently avoid your request for a refund and proof of contract while trying to make deals with you to keep your business, which ironically proves just how guilty they are of fraudulent activities. Outbound Engine reminds me of someone that purchased a bad car at an off-brand car lot, and the car breaks down immediately after you sign for it (haven't even left the lot), and when you ask for your money back, they first try to make it seem like you're crazy and the car is actually what they promised, but once you catch them in the lie, they offer you a reduce price but refuse to give you all your money back. They are bad business and need to be thoroughly investigated for fraud; I wish I would have believed the reviews when they preached this company was a fraud. My team and I will be filing several complaints on Outbound Engine in hopes of avoiding them from scamming anyone else.
I wanted to be able to use email and several social media channels simultaneously, but it was too much time to create content. Outbound provides good content and has easy to understand interfaces on site. I'd like a better distinction between current client marketing, and new prospect marketing; however, client marketing overall has been a success.

OutboundEngine is helpful specifically because of the automation and the fact that my customers would only hear from me. That way, I would be sure to stay relevant in their minds. They offer very little in comparison to other marketing companies, yet they want to throw a contract that you signed with them in your face stating because of if you can't break it unless you pay them 6 months in advance for doing absolutely nothing. The customer service is horrible. They make promises to contact you back but never do so you instead have to turn around and contact them. They probably deal with this alot which is why they need a contract. Please DO NOT UTILIZE THEIR SERVICES!
All they want is your money! They lied to me over the phone. Said I could cancel with no obligation. Wrong, lie. When I went to cancel all they kept saying was that I had signed up for a year and would have to pay for half of the remaining months. Don't believe a word they say. Total Scam! (I was not allowed to give them no stars or I would have)

OBE helps me with time, efficiency, and effectiveness. I needed an organization to handle my social media because of a lack of time on my part, plus OBE has great tailored social media content. It would be helpful to have more scheduled or pre-determined calls with OE managers, especially during the initial onboarding period. However, I've really enjoyed the program and it's been a lifesaver in terms of my social media and overall online presence. I'm able to give my clients a lot more relevant content and they know I'm willing to engage with them.

We signed up with Outbound Engine with high hopes they would help us grow and post content for us. Thinking they would be able to do what they say they could, we signed a 1 year deal. After using them now for 4 months we are very unhappy with the product they offer! The content they post is not relevant and we have not gotten one lead from the service. We are stuck using them even thought the service is terrible, because we signed a 1 year contract. I would recommend going with another company.
