Very bad no one answers emails or phone calls or whatsapp
I want to cancel my order since the day i paid i can't continue with it and they just keep ignoring. Worst customer service if there is any!

No order arrived, already paid, no return no refund and also they didn't answer to calls or Email. It's the worst service and the worst shopping experience.

I bought on their website but after 3 days not ship, I asked them why. They said out of stock. But still on the website, still have stock. Then they offer me refund. I accepted it. They said 3-5 working days for refund. They cancelled my order on 10 Oct but until now, 23 Oct, still nothing. They said ask my bank because they already refund. But my bank said no pending transaction. Ourshopee is a big liar. I'm very sure because the staff is from India.

You ignore your customers after taking their money,not delivering what they paid for,keep them waiting forever to refund their money. 21st century thieves. Piyush you promised me you are handling my case and you will make sure it is done at the earliest…All of you at our Shopee are liar and thieves is it!? After calling three times to follow up on my order, customer service was unable to provide any helpful information! They advertise that the delivery takes 3 to 5 days, but it has been 15 days since I ordered!

Really bad experience - they took money for products they did not have in stock and then just delivered a partial order. They did not bother contacting me and I had to get in touch with them. They kept promising updates but then just didn't let me know - again relying on me to contact them. As if that weren't bad enough, they then started spamming me on WhatsApp - as if I am ever going to use them again. Complete waste of time. I have no idea if or when I will get the rest of the order or a refund. Definitely avoid Ourshopee.

I ordered just 2 items on 8 th may... Order ID w6041. Today 16 th may. Everyday I call ourshopee call center they said tomorrow you will get. 15 th may my brother going back my country. I thought I can send with him. God only knows when I get my items... My first and last purchase from ourshopee

We order the first time they deduct the money and didnt feliver the item they return the money but not responding and another scrnario just now my husband order and they deduct the money but item is not available and no one is answering in whatsapp tho is online no calls about status of the item totally unprofessional

No refund and replacement for their mistake, wrong product delivered and now its 10 days but no still no response on refund or replacement. Don't waste your time on Ourshopee as no support from customer service center nobody is receiving calls on there given number

No delivery. BLOCK YOUR NUMBER. NO CUSTOMER SUPPORT. IF YOU ORDER AND NO ITEM NO DELIVERY. GET SCAM.

They have delivered faulty machine. They won't pick up the call or reply to the messages. Did online complaint on their website, still no reply or any kind of response. Scammers. They don't have proper functioning office here. Scammers

I ordered last 28th February, as per the tracker it will be deliver on 5th of march but until now i didnt receive the order! The second payment will be deducted again! No one answering in your hotline nor mails!

Honestly I have big regret shopping here. How can one be writing and calling a company for days and no one bothered to respond to any? My order is a week now no word whatsoever

First time I ordered, everything was flawless.

Come second order, they cancelled some of the products due to unavailability, and promised a refund. This was November 2022, and I'm writing as of Feb 22 2022. No updates whatsoever. Customer hotline and whatsapp are no use. Seriously you're better off at noon than this piece of trash.

They will never answer your calls never deliver ur orders hope it get shutdown for scamming people
And they change my delivery date from 5th of feb to 12th of feb but still didn't delivered
