Paid for an item. Never received and never got a response back as to why I haven't received it. Ordered in August. Still nothing.

Ordered 4 months ago no refund or product. Several emails back and forth promising a refund and now no such site exists. I have been in touch with shopify who says Original Haven rents space on their server but they are not responsible. They said it is like renting a store space in a mall and have no control over them. They said they would investigate Barb Hanson who responded to my emails from Original Haven promising a refund but their investigation report is only for their benefit and not mine and told me to have my bank do a reversal of my charge.

I ordered a backpack meant to be full of stuff, $25 and never received it, ordered on august 6th, 2019, now November 21st then for sure I've been scamed...

Do not shop here! Ordered 2 months ago and zero communication. Never shipped my items but gladly stole my money!

Ordered 3 months ago. No product, no money back. Just lie after lie. A pack of thieves is all they are. Time for a class action suit to be brought against them.

Ordered a product, received an email of order then the shipped notice with no tracking number. Sent an email to support. NOW the website shows not available, try later. Suck a scam to get money and run. So ticked off of the stupidness of people doing this kind of fraud. DO NOT FALL FOR AN ITEM TO ORDER, it wont be delivered. If I could give a negative number rating I would certainly would do so.

I ordered the camp gear knowing the price was way to low, waited a month, sent email they responded its been shipped, now over 30 days later no response and the DAMN SITE IS DOWN!

I placed orders in July and August. I have not received my orders.
I was promised a refund on these orders, refund never received.
Now, I get no response to my inquires.

I knew the prices were too good to be true! I should've read the reviews. Wtf?!?!? I've sent emails & no responses back. There should be something someone can do. How can they still be advertising? I seen them on FB & ordered. Should've known better

Consumer Affairs says we should be more aware and ok we should but companies who want to put their businesses on line should be checked out by the FDA. The CONSUMER AFFAIRS, the ONLINE SERVER OWNERS To! They regulate, controll other things I. This world even when we dont want them to! But they supposedly cannot stop people like this!?! What ever.! We are all out of our hard earned money and no one gives a $#*! but us!

This place is criminal

I order in avgust, and when was more than 1 month after I keep asking what is with my order. I get somewhere 3 messages, that they will refund my money. And now the shop don´t exist anymore... till next time so be awere and don´t shop here.

I've ordered lipstick in December 2015 and contacted them in January 2016. I've spoken to them through facebook and asked about my parcel, they told me to be patient because they have problem shipping items because of the holiday season! I've waited for 3 weeks and I asked for a refund then went back to search them on facebook and they disappeared completely! Oh my goodness! Please people! Beware! Can't wait until Karma hits them! So pissed!

It is a complete and utter scam. There's a reason why the low life of this fake company has no comments on his/her posts. They're all negative comments which have been deleted. The products are not authentic, they are cheap knock offs from China and that's only if they bother to respond to you. 9 times out of ten they will simply take your money and block you. BE WARNED - STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY

I've ordered two 'Mac lipsticks' in December and didn't hear anything, then I saw the site was down and now I've seen these reviews to understand I'm not the only one! There must be some way we can claim our money back, get these people on watchdog or something. I can't believe I've been conned

If I could give 0 stars I would. Ordered 3 lipsticks from the company and told me that they will contact their billing department as my items have already been shipped. Load of codswallop I think. Extremely annoying to be conned out of £25.
