I tried to buy a Though built tool bag at selling price 96$US free delivery (VT, US) but when checking out price changed to 275$ us dollars! What a scam
The delivery & products were as expected. I really have nothing but great feedback on the products. The pouches are sturdy, sealed great, holds in liquid well, the straws are colorful flexy straws and it was exactly what I was looking for. I will order from OpenTip again.
I've ordered a product that is less than $13.00. It has yet to be delivered. I have requested a full refund. They will not discuss till item is delivered. It's now been 17 days. It was to be a gife but the gift date has passed. In addition, once it is delivered, if ever, then I have to request a return sheet and pay the freight back to them. They are a scam company. It's easy to read reviews that open tip can post as good, but dig deeper, and go to the BBB and see almost 100 negative unhappy customers saying about the same thing. I'm fortunate that I've just lost$13.00. Others have lost hundreds. One complaint urged that a complaint be filed with the Atty Gen. Office. Do you think that this company has upset him? Scam, sleazoid company. Never again.
No delivery, never any answer why the warehouse did not ship…. Do not order here bad processes and customer service
Placed a simple order on Nov. 4th. Got an email to confirm.
Nov 6, another email to clarify my info. Wanted me to call. Attempted to call. All prompts sent me back to FAQ online to find my own answer. 30 minutes WASTED.
Nov. 9, sent email saying my order was processed, but hadn't left warehouse and warehouse wouldn't respond to their inquiry.
Nov. 10, still no tracking number.
Nov. 11, see above.
Nov. 12, see above.
Nov. 13, Max is still 'looking into it.'
Nov. 14, Sent email ordering them to cancel my order, refund my money and stop wasting my time.
TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! Ordered at opentip on 4/28. Order was supposed to be delivered between 5/3 and 5/7. According to tracking details order was processed on 5/7 and ready to go out. On 5/13 it was still not received by carrier. I inquired on 5/9 as to when I would receive my order because I NEED it by 5/15. They replied on 5/13 that "it had been shipped". No other information, no excuses, no apology, nothing! Tracking info on 5/14 states it has been received by DHL and is on way to USPS. NOT acceptable
Eventually (more than a month later) the order did arrive, after many obviously false communications from support. I think their problem may be the delivery company.
The flannel boxer shorts were the nicest ones I've ever bought. Well made with quality fabric and a wide elastic waist band. The button fly is also nicely done. Shipping was fast but expensive.

You will either:
1- Never receive the goods
OR
2- Receive some defective items and when asking for a refund, they will find excuses to avoid giving you back your money! OPENTIP is stealing from customers! SHAME ON YOU! BAD BUSINESS! Opentip should be reported!

Cleat was exactly as pictured. Worked great. And great price compared to other places. Plenty of details on site to make sure this clear met my needs to pick up the boat.
I order 2 pairs of pants at the end of May 2018 and requested them to be sent to my job. I signed up for notifications once I received a tracking # via UPS. Early June I get a notification that the delivery could not be delivered because the suite # was not included on the package. I call UPS and give them the suite # and the package is delivered same day. When I open the package there is one pair of pants instead of 2 that was ordered. Today is July 18,2018, I've e-mailed them today to please refund the balance that I paid for the pair of pants that I did not receive. I've never heard of an Opentip.com before this but communication is not their strong suite and neither is fulfilling merchandise ordered. I have a feeling it will be doomsday before I am refunded for merchandise not received.

I got my order in a timely manner. It was exactly what I ordered a and I will be ordering more in the near future. I am very happy with service provided.
The order was delivered on time by the date given. I was very pleased with the quality of the product. We were able to adjust each tie accordingly. The girls loved them.
I am still enjoying the purchases I made. And I have purchased some for gifts to friends.
