Customer service has no affect and seems not to possess the skill to manage their business appropriately. I had to call and email an impressive amount of times due to them promising to call back or email back and they never followed through with what they said they would do. Cancelled my order. They did not earn my business they out right rejected it with their behavior.
I ordered two lightweight plastic plumbing fittings 9 days ago and it still hasn't arrived. It only had to go from Memphis to Cincinnati— just two states away. It's a shame I had to pay $7 for shipping that is this slow.
Not happy over being taken advantage of by this company. I placed an order for 65 bottles, (yea that's a lot, but it is so good) Wholesome Pancake syrup and they said they would fill it, with free shipping. So I waited and waited for it. I few days later they tell me they don't have enough to fill the order. Did they ever have enough? So they refund some of my money and keep $29.56. For what reason? They cancelled the order. Then they tell me they sent 3 bottles. Not received yet. Cost would be $5.23 x 3= $15.69 and they charge me $13.87 extra, for nothing. I am waiting to get the money back.

The discounts offered seem attractive, but they charge additional (unplanned) fees to redeem them. Also, despite an erroneous description on the website, I never received instructions for returning the item, despite having requested it several times by email.
Received hats that appear to be knock-off Richardson hats. Inside plastic on these hats will cut your head when removing the hat. We've never had this problem with any Richardson hats before, and never had problems with OpenTip before. Sent samples back to them and they still will not admit that these hats are defective. Anyone trying these hats on can see/feel that they are defective. The black part (shown in photo) is almost equivalent to chicken wire! Buyer beware.
No customer service phone number! I Order 3 cases of ice cream cones, they were all broken, I've been trying to get a refund for damage item, for two months. They gave me the runaround the times I've emailed them.
I will never recommend or do business again with this company.
I purchased 24 Gilidan 2400 Ultra Cotton long sleeves tee's from Opentip. The tees arrived with an overbearing smell of ink. The are marketed as soft cotton, they had the feel of thin burlap. When held up to the light you could see through them. The hems were not stitched properly. When I contacted Opentip to return the goods they gave me a three day run around. I failed to read the reviews of this company before making my purchase. They clearly earned their rating.
We have purchased t-shirts in the past from them for our printing company to put our logo on without issue in the past so I thought I would order some promotional items and have them printed from them for a trade show. BIG mistake. With exception of 1 item they did not have it, then over a week long period I was told over and over that multiple items after they said they would have them they did not so we were running out of time to receive the items in time for our show. If they chose replacement items they were either nothing like what I had originally picked or 2 - 3 times the amount of what I had originally picked. Instead of picking up the phone and calling me to discuss options I received 10 emails in a 7 day period. This is something that we could have spoken on the phone about, chose one and then had a back up plan if one was not available. TERRIBLE TERRIBLE customer service. We definitely learned our lesson and will not order from them ever again for our promotional needs.
Was not familiar with Opentip so I was worried because I've been taken with off the cuff companies before and had to fight hard to get my money back. Lucky for me this was not the case. Opentip delivered!
From the original order to the end product, the price more than quadrupled with the nickel and diming. They ask for money up front and then send you a pic of the proto type, looks like garbage, to improve the tread count, add money, to move the writing on the side back a bit (who puts side wording near the front?), another 3 bucks a hat to move a piece of equipment a few inches, been going on a month now, the worse ever.
Do not buy anything from this website. They will send you something you didn't order instead, hoping you won't care. Then they will claim it has been discontinued, but there website still shows it's advertised. Don't get scammed from this shady web store!
I have never felt the need to write a review on a company as much as this one. We were trying to place a multi-thousand dollar order for a school fundraiser. Schools are only allowed to purchase via purchase order. We submitted the purchase order and it took over a week to respond. After another week passed they claimed they could not reach the school. However, they only email at 2am. After asking for a phone number for us to reach them multiple times they refused to provide a contact number. After 3 weeks of just trying to get the order placed we ultimately had to just cancel. They may have good pricing but do not even attempt if you are to use a Purchase order. Extremely unorganized.
Recently I bought something that I had been looking for for a long time and they had it exactly as I wanted it and I ordered it, when it arrived they sent me in a color that was not the one I ordered. I wrote to them and they accept it back at the cost of me paying for shipping when it was their mistake.
This website sells items that are not in stock. They make you wait for weeks while giving you the runaround saying that it's on back order. And then when you ask for a refund… They do not refund you. I had to call my credit card company to initiate a claim. Buyer beware!

Terrible company to do business with. Stay away if you know what's good for you. I do a lot of on line shopping and most of my experiences have been good. Enter Opentip. They sent me the wrong item and I am responsible to pay for the return shipping. Their current average rating is a 3.7. I'm surprised it's that high. It should probably be more like a 1.2.
I ordered two bras from here two months ago but they've never arrived and they are not helpful when I make an inquiry. They just tell me to be patient and use their tracking, which shows nothing. It indicates my package hasn't moved in five weeks. I don't know if I'll ever see my money or order again. I guess I can try going through my credit card company to get my money back and hope it works.

Charged system and it worked perfectly. Would purchase again if needed.

I wanted wristlet purses for my destination wedding guests to have. I put them inside their "welcome" bags. Although these are canvas material, the quality is great! The black canvas material is not that coarse and cheap-looking type of canvas. The bags look and feel really good. The inner lining is of great quality too. The dimensions of the bag allow for an iPhone, a credit card or 3, and a lipstick or gloss. Just enough space. The zipper is sturdy and does not feel like it'll get stuck in the fabric. You will not be dissatisfied with your purchase! Buy these!
I had a great experience ordering with opentip. The prices are fair. I do wish they offered coupon codes on future orders when you pace a order. It helps and relaly y makes a difference. But we love our nacho corn nuts
