The following was the case I made to Opentip.com that a Simoniz soap product they sold me was not authentic.
The issue is that I believe the product sent to me was a fake made to look like a Simoniz product. When I look at my electronic receipt emailed to me of which is the only reference I know of showing me the exact product I ordered, and click on the link to the product listed on my receipt, I can confirm that the product photo as well as the product name do not match what I recieved. Here is the link to the product it would state I ordered on my receipt - (I will attach an electronic photo of the reciept in this review)
Note that at that link the product photo on your website says it is -

If you look and compare the photos the name label has many differences. Not only that I noticed diamond shapes on mine I product label on the soap bottle that were not present in the online photo. Even back when I got the product I was suspicious that this was a fake product made to look like a simoniz product, but I did go ahead and use it anyways for a period.
Also noteworthy is on your website the product name you have listed in text does not match the photo either. The name of the product at the link I shared above was "SIMONIZ CS******* pH Balanced Liquid Hand Soap" but the photo is of ph balanced hair & body wash. And neither of those match what I got.
Then I called Simoniz and they told me they don't sell to Opentip.com, and after the phonecall I believed the product I had recieved from you was a fake. I can also not find the name of the product you sent me on the Simoniz website - https://www.simoniz.com/industrial-healthcare/janitorial-products/hand-soap-and-skin-care/bulk/
Also I recall not being able to find an exact matching name Safety Data Sheet for the product you sent me, and in the industry I am working in right now the product ingredients are important, as certain soap ingredients can make skin problems concrete workers can get even worse. And I know the company I work for has to watch its budget this time of year. I have come to the conclusion we can no longer use the product you sent me because all evidence would point me to believe it is not a real Simoniz product, and if someone was willing to do this, I do not know if I can trust what the ingredients are. I would recommend you get in touch with whoever is giving you this product, and do not sell it anymore as it for sure caused me time to get this sorted out. I believe a full refund of our purchase would be appropriate, since the product you sent me was not the one I intended to buy.

After making this case I was not refunded after discussion about it with opentip where I shared all the above including additional dialogue, although it was a company I was working for who was due the refund since it was their money that bought it. This could have caused an issue as I was looking for a specific soap product that would not cause serious skin issues when used to wash off cement, and I found the product I recieved and possibly also the simoniz product I was wanting to buy actually contained ingredients that could be harmful in that they would seal cement residue to the skin which would make a cement burn worse. But I actually do not know for sure all the ingredients in the soap product I received.
Placed an order for a set of foosball table handles and two score keepers. The order arrived quickly. While installing one of the score keepers I noticed that the number '1' was missing. Below is a copy and paste of the email transaction between myself and opentip.

This is not acceptable. I expect tracking information for the replacement / missing part before 6 p.m. PST. If this is not received, I will have to pursue this in a manner that is out of your hands. I think I have been more than patient, but you getting back with me soon is only getting back to me after I email you. This is very poor customer service.

Surprise, surprise! No email with a tracking number. The only email I did receive was a survey wanting me to rate how the items I purchased met my expectations. I will be handling this first thing Monday morning. Have a nice evening.
The only time they replied it was I will get back with you soon, which was only after I emailed them. As of today, November 4th, the item still has not been shipped. I will be handling this by other means first thing Monday.
