Waited nearly as month asit was sent from China. Customer service was not helpful. Requested change of payment type to use funds received for a community volunteer project and they refused, even when use of the visa card did not work on their system when I initially ordered.
Products returned due to size. Ordered size small coveralls and they were big enough to fit my husband who wears a large!
No customer service phone number! Return instructions were ridiculous with NO RETURN LABLE.
Not only do you not get your shipping cost back with a refund but it cost me over $29 to ship the items back! That is more than the purchase price of 2 of the coveralls.
I will never recommend or do business again with this company.
This company is a joke. Placed an ordering a Tuesday shipping to a third-party address. Thursday they email me saying the address I provided won't process through their system and suggesting an alternate address. Assuming they are a professional eCommerce company with adequate shipping systems, I approved this address update. 8 days later the order ships. Then two months later they contact me incessantly asking me to approve a $60 additional charge because my address was wrong?! But they changed my shipping address in the first place? What a joke. Do NOT use this company. Read the reviews, they are a mess.
I have no issues with Opentip. But I was somewhat disappointed with the lack of instructions for the latchhook frame. The assembly instructions were quite vague and there was no information as to the best way to use the frame (ie, which was the back and which was the front and what was the purpose of the row of nails inserted partway into the frame.) Would have been helpful to have some pictures to help with setup and use.
I ordered toothpaste for my cats. The product was reasonably priced for such a large tube and arrived very quickly. My cats love the rotisserie flavored chicken taste. Very pleased with my purchase and Opentip overall. I will definitely order from Opentip again.
Eventually (more than a month later) the order did arrive, after many obviously false communications from support. I think their problem may be the delivery company.
I ordered 4 footplates from opentip for $32.77 each. It took more than 2 weeks for them to arrive and when they did there was only 1 in the box. I immediately called their customer service number (it was actually a call center in Asia) to notify them of the error. After 10 minutes on the phone with them I was left with a promise of a follow up email. Their eventual response was "Our warehouse confirmed with us that this order did ship complete. Box weighed 10lbs". I looked at the box and it did indeed say 10 lbs but when I weighed it myself it only came to 2.2 lbs. The box wasn't even big enough to hold 4 footplates!
Based on their response, I no longer believe that this was an error. I think that they deliberately shipped me only 1 footplate and pocketed the difference in cost.
Was not exactly like the picture but I made it work with a bit of modifications to air handler.
Charged system and it worked perfectly. Would purchase again if needed.

I wanted wristlet purses for my destination wedding guests to have. I put them inside their "welcome" bags. Although these are canvas material, the quality is great! The black canvas material is not that coarse and cheap-looking type of canvas. The bags look and feel really good. The inner lining is of great quality too. The dimensions of the bag allow for an iPhone, a credit card or 3, and a lipstick or gloss. Just enough space. The zipper is sturdy and does not feel like it'll get stuck in the fabric. You will not be dissatisfied with your purchase! Buy these!
Absolutely terrible experience. Ordered this over two months ago, and it still has not arrived. It has been ‘lost in transit' for over a month and customer care still won't do anything about it. I bought a large item prior to my bathroom renovation and it never arrived, leaving me without a shower rail for 6 weeks and my new bathroom floors full of water whenever I shower as I've been hoping it would arrive week to week. Nothing. Next step to get my money back will have to be chargebacks and fraud paperwork as this is no better. Customer care absolutely useless and robotic as well and couldn't care less to help. Don't use this website. I never leave reviews but this experience has been diabolical and a total waste of time, money and energy for me. Do better!
Ordered something with a promise it would be here in 4 days, now it will be 15 days. Customer service is the s**t. Shasa basically laughs at you when you ask for help. This company is the worst, do NOT buy from them.

Supplier estimated dispatch was 3-6 days.

I had a great experience ordering with opentip. The prices are fair. I do wish they offered coupon codes on future orders when you pace a order. It helps and relaly y makes a difference. But we love our nacho corn nuts
I did receive some very badly needed food items, but only about half of my order was ever sent. The other half was never sent, and after several weeks I asked to be refunded. They refunded me for my items, but refunded only $8.00 of my $108.00 shipping fee. The heaviest part of my order was never sent.
My order was shipped fast and all items were as described when I ordered. Downfall is the company never send out shipping/tracking notification so I was completely surprised when my order arrived.
Got school supply pouches I ordered (for my students) when expected. They're great! Nice quality and style. I thought I ordered two sets of 18 but got six sets of 18 for an awesome price! The fabric is very soft on your skin. I would wear these shirts on a regular basis. If they send you an incorrect order or something is wrong with your order they give you the option to replace it or give you a refund.
They will send you a email like "I just confirmed with the warehouse that they already sent you the items" even if you don't receive the items you ordered
I have not gotten my items still. I ordered them, and agreed to buy them based on their scheduled arrival time. I took the latest one, and that was time enough for me to get the items. They did not ship the order till I inquired many days later that I did not get an update on the order. Then when they shipped it, the ETA is far beyond what they say in their website. If you put a zip code dependant shipping time on your website. You need to ship them. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY
