Oojo's customer service was really helpful to re-book my ticket for a later date when I missed my Emirates flight back in Dec 2021
I paid $250 for the luggage in spite it was included in my trip.
The clerk said the ticket has no extras.

They helped me make seat reservations on two flights over the phone. Used to do that when I booked a flight, but apparently not anymore.
