Looks like my ticket was legitimately issued! All my information shows up on the airlines website. I'll find out for sure when I actually travel. The price could have been beat!

I booked a flight on May 03 2022 and immediately got a confirmation email with a confirmation number. But in the same email, it said "We're processing your reservation and will send you an e-ticket receipt to email once completed. This process usually takes less than 1 hour, but in rare cases, it could take longer."
After an hour I got a call from their customer service department saying tickets are sold out and also the airline has increase its price (which now equals to Google flight/Expedia price etc). So, if I want to continue with the booking I have to pay extra
Please please use some legitimate companies to book your airline ticket even though it might cost you a few extra $$ it's worth it.

I have booked an airline travel for my parents using OOJO and wanted to change their reservation to an earlier date. Airline told they can accommodate the travellers to other date but as OOJO made the booking, OOJO can only be the one to modify the ticket. Airlines ensured that there is no penalty or extra processing fees related to change of ticket. After reaching out to OOJO, they are asking for a lot of processing fees and justifying the fees by some excuses. This is such a bad scenario where end customer and service provider are fine altering things and OOJO is the one not allowing us to proceed. I even ask if OOJO can give direct control of the ticket to airlines and looks like that is not possible as well.
I had trusted OOJO in the past but I will not be using this service in future and will ask other people also to condemn this travel agency as they just make things hard with all the regulations.

Customer service agent was amazing. Needed to change my return flight from Thailand. She was great when I didn't like the 5 hour layover in Tapei! Found me an hour and a half connection flight.

I used KAYAK to find a good priced airline ticket. When I selected the flight it brought me to OOJO website to complete the booking. It was a very simple process. Then the OOJO customer care person called me to confirm everything. It was great to get someone to doublecheck the travel dates and passenger info to avoid any mistakes. I really liked this great service and will use OOJO again!

Aside from the ticker in the top falsely telling you to "BOOK NOW" with the seemingly harmless threat of not letting you have the ticket for the price on the website, I found this to be easy. I wish information about COVID was more readily available, as I don't travel (seriously, I bought a passport just for this trip) and I'm unsure of a lot of things. Also, I called customer service, went through the first thing, then when I got to the survey I answered, and then it hung up on me so...there's that.

Our tickets have been changed / cancelled without our request or consent less than one week before our multi month, international trip. We have called OOJO more than a dozen times and have been constantly kicked around from one department to another who are pointing fingers at each other and at the (Turkish) airline instead of taking responsibility for the mess up and taking action to fix it promptly. As I write this, we are all packed up and we're excited for our trip but we do not have confirmed tickets — still waiting for an update from OOJO who allegedly are waiting for an update from the airline. Terrible experience. Hopefully, someone from OOJO reads this and takes prompt action to fix this (I'll gladly update my review). Otherwise, I WOULD TELL PEOPLE TO STAY AWAY FROM OOJO — the stress is not at all worth a little bit of savings.

I booked fly from EWR to ZAG Croatia today, I had a good price for the ticket. After booking I received phone call from the agent who explained every thing from the booking and protection... I am happy the extra care from the airline and I am looking forward to my first time flight with this airline company.

Answer: When it comes to cancellation, they will charge a huge fee and they will never answer the phone call when asking for a refund. Worse service.
Answer: No they won't change your reservation even if it's in the 24 hour grace period. Do not use them
Answer: Please go ahead and file dispute/chargebacks against the credit card that you use. Just call your company and explain, they can help you with the rest. OOJO will not be of any help in such situations, they are here to rip people off of helpless situations.
