I started on Kayak and once I chose the flight it took me to the Turkish airline site. I signed up for your membership. I paid the travel insurance and it was pretty straight forward. I think that screen could be more clear. You gave pictures on the left but I'm not certain that is what the travel insurance I bought is what is covered in the pictures.
The only worry I have is making my connecting flight. I understand the Istanbul airport is large and the flight pattern I as offered only gives me 1 hour to make my connecting flight. I guess that is all I'll need. I hope so. I tried to choose a flight with a longer layover but it wasn't offered at that price on the Turkish site but was offered on Kayak but I wasn't able to book it. Don't know why.
I was booking for international flights from ORD to BBI and got the cheapest price from Oojo. Whereas other travel agents/websites were showing more prices. My only feedback for Oojo is to include the Multi-city option for the multiple segments in one booking. That option was missing

Purchased the TCS and Oojo agents refuse to help. Email confirm states refund for illness, tried to put back on airline rather than help. I paid your company, not the airline. Wouldn't send the email to request the refund, couldn't focus on the task given- kept talking about baggage! The agents wanted to argue about what was in an email that I was looking at! Talked over me the entire time, never offered any advice, would tell me they would request the refund via email and then tell me that it won't be honored. Kept talking in circles. The service is a scam! The airline does give refunds, they just won't start the process...call center scammers!

Website was trustworthy and e-ticket was delivered promptly. Seamless operation and straightforward. Very positive ratings upon searching the internet.

So to start with the horrible verification proces where you have to send your selfies with your id/credit card. Then have to wait few days for the agent to call you to confirm it, in the end they said they could not charge the ticket, however they could charge that verification process? The last phone with them the guy could not find me in their sistem with my name or the reservation code. Waste of money and time. I am a seaman and this is the first time i go through this stupid proces. Put your card, your details and done, but not with these guys. Skip for your own sake.

After I booked my flight through OOJO, I realized that this "travel agency" provides no service because every question I asked I was referred back to the airline. What I did get is phone calls to sell me insurance and other worthless products. I was also told that OOJO will charge a service fee of $350 on top of airlines' service fees to make any alternations, therefore, I should consider buying insurance from OOJO so they can waive that "processing fee". My God, what a bunch of scammers.

I wish I have less than zero star because they are scammers. Over a year ago I booked flight through their website and I couldn't make it because of COVID so I called them and one of their team member told me to cancel the flight to get refund or to book new flight but later that day they refused to give my money back or to book new flight. After I get tired of calling them everyday, they promised to refund my money but I did not get anything until now. Every time when I ask for boss or somebody who better to assist me they said "they donot have any accesses to their boss and some of them just hang up on me. This is the worst travel agent I ever have

I recently changed my flight via e mail. The service was efficient and prompt, but I think 200-400 dollars to change an airline ticket is way, way too much.

This is my second time that i booked my flight from oojoo i was satisfied & they're response is so fast even your eticket not even a minute to wait not unlike other companies it takes almost 24hrs to recieve email

Answer: When it comes to cancellation, they will charge a huge fee and they will never answer the phone call when asking for a refund. Worse service.
Answer: No they won't change your reservation even if it's in the 24 hour grace period. Do not use them
Answer: Please go ahead and file dispute/chargebacks against the credit card that you use. Just call your company and explain, they can help you with the rest. OOJO will not be of any help in such situations, they are here to rip people off of helpless situations.
Answer: No, OOJO is all about trying to rip you off of your helpless situation. Sox they will slap tons of fees, nothing less than $250.
