I did muy purchase, they have a terrible verification system and they put on hold your tickets until they receive your picture of your card and ID... this was very uncomfortable to me, but because this is an emergency flight, I did it.
They take long long long and long times to call you back, and also any time I called them they never have solutions, they also hold money in my mom card but because she couldn't check in her banking account the holding they didn't accept my mom purchase. My question is, this is trustable? I mean, is this normal? Why they need a confirmation like that? This is crazy, I am having a very bad family situation and I need to go back to Spain as soon as possible, and this people is playing with us and I don't know the motivation behind all this.
I don't want to forget that in the middle of all this situation, I received a wrong flight information with the name and flight of other person... why?
I just pray the God made justice between them and me!

I have been using OOJO for awhile now and had to adjust my bookings at various times, before the start, in the middle of itinerary and just thinking about the trip, and never have I had an experience but called excellent.

I purchased tickets but because I found cheaper tickets somewhere else, I immediately canceled the tickets for a refund (within 24 hours). Aside from the cancellation process being a hassle, somebody over phone confirmed the cancelation. It's been two weeks since and I haven't received the refund and every time I call they connect me to somebody in India who has no idea what I'm talking about. I've been writing to Kayak about them since they shouldn't link flights on their website to Oojo.com. This is totally a scam

The customer service is terrible. I bought a ticket to Europe during the covid and the told me there there is no penalty to change the date. However when I canceled and I asked them to put a new date the ask me $240 for service charge. They are a cheaters! I never seen anything like this before.

I purchased my international flight ticket from oojo and they convinced me to purchase the protection plan for each ticket which cost me additional $120 for each ticket. I was happily bought the plan as it has so much benefit in times when the flight get canceled or delayed and so much. But in reality, when my domestic part of the flight got delayed I was unable to catch the international part of the flight. So I told them to refund my money so that I can purchase a fresh new ticket from them. They refused to do so and exchange one of the ticket and charge me over $600. I was really mad but had no choice and pay the amount. I need a fare explanation of this incident, but for now I will never purchase ticket from oojo anymore or not refer others to do so. I will be happy if somebody responsible get back to me.

Wanted to change my ticket and Yanfei was really helpful and helped me to change my ticket. I think he knows how to talk deal with the customers very well and really professional guys. I'll do business again with OOJO.COM 100%. To be honest I called 4 times the customer service and all of them good and kind. But Yanfei is the best.

I hope the culture of tips gets minimized in the USA. After living in New Zealand, where employers pay their employees a decent wage, coming to the USA, where employees seem to need to seek out customers to pay them through tips, I find it disgusting. Oojo should not try to promote this sick cultural feature of American sub-par economy even further.

My family and I were planning a tentative trip to Galapagos. We found Oojo and they helped get us tickets. The tickets were non-refundable and since the trip was tentative I bought the insurance from them. They said I could cancel at any time for any reason and use the insurance. Well, that's not how it is coming down. We had to cancel and they are stiffing me. No insurance payment and because the tickets are nonrefundable big penalties. I called and was on hold forever and had to go back to work. I wrote to cancel (cancellations have to be in writing). They wrote back to tell me I am not covered and have now ghosted me. I'll keep trying and not holding my breath. Steer clear. They don't deliver what they promise.

Answer: I got my tickets, so yes, oojo.com is a legit site
Answer: When it comes to cancellation, they will charge a huge fee and they will never answer the phone call when asking for a refund. Worse service.
Answer: No they won't change your reservation even if it's in the 24 hour grace period. Do not use them
Answer: Please go ahead and file dispute/chargebacks against the credit card that you use. Just call your company and explain, they can help you with the rest. OOJO will not be of any help in such situations, they are here to rip people off of helpless situations.
Answer: No, OOJO is all about trying to rip you off of your helpless situation. Sox they will slap tons of fees, nothing less than $250.
