I bought tickets on FlightGuru, and then I booked four other tickets for further travel. I got the confirmation that everything looked good, and then half hour later, I got an email that tickets could not be issued. I called customer service, and they said they could not issue tickets even though the website said there were available. I was nervous, and immediately after searching on Kayak, I was taken to Oojo where I could purchase the tickets, and within 5 minutes, I got the confirmation. This is a reliable and a great company
I called and spoke with representative Vikrant who was super nice and super helpful. He made my flight bookings very easy. He was very polite and professional. Answered to all my questions very patiently. He should be promoted and should be given a good raise. Thank you Vikrant and keep up the good work... :)

It's impossible to describe the incompetence of the Oojo staff! Due to their unprofessionalism and lack of follow through, we missed our domestic U.S. flight between SJC and LAX to continue on our flights to Asia. Between their dropped calls and TERRIBLE customer service, no discounted service is worth the time and effort it took to try to resolve our travel issues. The airline carrier customer service staff were very empathic about our mistreatment, and witnessed it first hand, but their hands were tied because we booked our traveling plans through Oojo and not them directly. One star is more than this rating deserves. Travelers beware.

My experience is pretty much mixed with convenient and vexing. I had to switch multiple lines to check my luggages; the conveyor belt was not working and the check in lady couldn't provide seats next to my friend who was flying with me.The rest of the flight was just amazing!

I've been looking up flights for a couple of weeks, and for some weird reasons, I stumbled on Oojo.
The user interface was straightforward; the flights were the cheapest on the market, with the same routes as other expensive flights. I immediately booked my ticket, hoping for a great experience with the airline, which I believe wouldn't be an issue because I booked the same flight I'd normally book on the airline website at a somewhat more expensive price.
It has been a great experience thus far.

Do not use this comapny. They are a scam. I tried to change my flight within a few hours of booking it. They called me while i was international and after numerous emails back and forth they still refuse to acknowledge that fact.my cousin answered my phone in the states while i was international so i do have a witness in addition to their phone number. I ahve all my emails still and i have since turned them over to my credit card company as a dispute to get all my money back. I was within the 24 hours to cancel my flight but they say the airline refuses to comply as well even if i was in teh 24 hour time frame.
Despite what this crap company thinks i am getting my money back because of all the emails and witness i have.

Please avoid using oojo for your booking. My flight on Air Morocco was canceled in December 2021. I have been trying to get my ticket refund. Anytime I called them they will tell me that their management team will contact. I have never received a call from them. I am trying to get a lawyer so that they can refund my money.

There refund policy is horrible. Their cancellation fee is crazy on top of the airline cancellation fees. I paid just over $5K for 4 tickets and when I cancelled the airline charged me $300 per ticket, in addition there was Oojo cancellation fees, I got only $2K back from them. It was a rip off.

They are REALLY on top of it! Called me within 60-seonds of booking a trip, while another agent was already working with me. They even tried to come up with a better price / itinerary for my multi-city trip, but eventually couldn't beat what I had. But based on all other OTAs, this was the most responsive team! Horfens went above and beyond for us! E-Mail, Direct phone #s, and call back / follow-up was amazing!

I booked an international flight. Everything was okay until the day I was flying. The flight I was supposed to connect with left before I landed. I was put a side and was issued a new ticket of which I waited 6 hours at the airport before boarding on another plane. I received an email from oojo saying that there is nothing they can do. On my return I had two luggage bags 50lbs each and one carry on but I was told that only one luggage bag was allowed and had to pay for the other one which I was so shocked because that's not what my reservation contained. I was so disappointed with oojo and I don't think they care about there customers. I won't book with them again nor recommend anyone because I would never want anyone go through what I went through. It was pathetic.

They took Time to call and validated multiple transactions made by mistake…fixed within 20 minutes and refund. Great explanation about tickets and insurances at the same Time. Thanks Ojoo!

Great experience!
1) Oojo does not have popups pressuring ticket purchaser to hurry up or the price is increasing
2) Oojo has minimum of add-on popups (I think I saw only one) asking ticket purchaser to add on additional product associated with the tickets
3) Oojo honor the price it display when ticket purchaser is browsing the site. Some other sites has a difference price (i.e increased price) by the time the purchaser pressed the Pay button
4) Oojo quickly sent me the confirm tickets. One of my experiences to another site is that after 4 hours of waiting, that site sent me a email saying that the ticket I wanted to purchased is no longer available.
5) Oojo customer service representative (his name is Lemillion) quickly called me as soon as the tickets were issued (within one hour of purchasing on line). He went over all the details with me. Thank you Lemillion

This website is very bad. I booked my tickets 2 days prior my flight departure.
I did not receive my itinerary until T - 5 hours of my actual departure. When I checked my itinerary oojo had completely changed my layover and changed my flights from American Airlines to united and some local carrier

I was stranded at airport for 24 hours becuase of delayed flight. Oojo talked me into spending extra money for "flight protection" which didn't actually protect me from my missed flight. Barely any refund. Had to spend $2,000 more to go home. They didnt help me find a reasonably priced flight. They wanted $13,000! I had to find one on my own. Also, we booked and paid extra for specific seats months in advance. Then they changed our flight itenerary multiple times, and we lost our seats that we had paid for every time and were given NO refund. This happened not once, not twice, but THREE TIMES! Unbelievable. I finally settled on just taking the refund, that was barely anything, while I sit stranded at an airport in another country trying to get home. What a terrible experience. Never again

Although the airline changes were very frustrating, I understand that it is not Oojo's fault. I wished Oojo could have gotten a lounge pass or other accomodation for me when the airline changed and my layover went from 2 hours to 8 hours. Other than that, the Oojo representatives were very professional and friendly and they were really on top of all the changes that were happening to my trip. They went out of their way to get in touch with me and let me know of the changes. Very impressive.

Answer: When it comes to cancellation, they will charge a huge fee and they will never answer the phone call when asking for a refund. Worse service.
Answer: No they won't change your reservation even if it's in the 24 hour grace period. Do not use them
Answer: Please go ahead and file dispute/chargebacks against the credit card that you use. Just call your company and explain, they can help you with the rest. OOJO will not be of any help in such situations, they are here to rip people off of helpless situations.
Answer: No, OOJO is all about trying to rip you off of your helpless situation. Sox they will slap tons of fees, nothing less than $250.
