I had so much stress! First I got two confirmation numbers and I thought I will be charged twice. Then my layover was too short for my return flight and I wanted to change it. The specialist who I talked to was sooooo kind and helpful. She found the best flight for me in the exact same dates with the perfect layover.
I really am happy with the service. And the prices are perfect! Very cheaper than other sites

I booked a flight on Oojo, but something went wrong and the flight was no longer available. I got a confirmation screen saying I needed to call customer service, expecting the worst. When I called, the representative was super friendly. They called back within a half hour with another flight on the same date around the same time and honored the original purchase price, even though it was a different airline. Very impressed with their customer service.
Booked a flight for three people costing over $4,200. Sixteen hours later and still no confirmation from the airline, all I received was a booking number from Oojo. Called Oojo five times and asked if I was confirmed for the flight and need the e-ticket number for that specific flight. All five representatives I spoke to were completely incompetent and all they did was give me the run around. I looked at the majority of the positive reviews, completely fake. Oojo is nothing but a scam and the representative are nothing but incompetent.

Oojo offered better price and I could purchase it without trouble.
And they called me after the ticket purchse for confirmation. As this is the international travel, this kind of after-call should be necessary and it made me feel secured.

I booked a flight which was economical but unfortunately the last seat got booked as soon as I hit the book button. The team rebooked my itinerary with a better airline for the same price. Loved the experience! Keep up.

Worse costumer service ever. I bought my ticket and 4 days later they sent me a cancelation email. Nobody know why my ticket got canceled on the first place and everytime I call they can't give me an answer and after hrs on the phone with them, they hang up on me. 3 days on this nightmare, and of cure the ticket is already $500 more expensive...

I got double charges on my credit card upon booking my trip. I was told there would be extra charges by Ojoo if I had to make changes and was told to take the travel protection. I cancelled one leg of my trip and never got my money back. Ojoo claim to have refunded my credit card but the credit card company never received it. I been trying to get my $600 dollars back for the last 3 months and finally had to file a dispute with credit card company. If you go with Ojoo don't expect any refund. Beware if you have to make any changes.

I booked with Oojo.com about a month and a half before my flight to the Philippines. They gave me 6 different tickets, but eventually got it widdled down to one, so no issue. However i called during my trip to see if extension is possible, i DID NOT give verbal or written permission to change my flight, nor did i pay a ticket change fee, but somehow they cancelled my ticket and left it open. I did not get an email or a call, i only found out because I tried to check my ticket a couple days before leaving to go over my itinerary. That was 05/28/22. It is now 06/2/22 and they still have yet to rebook my ticket so my boss had to pay for a new one. I have asked for a refund and have yet to get one. I have spoken with their reps for over 4 hours and all i keep getting told is "they're investigating ". I was stranded in a foreign country for 2 days. They even started laughing at me when i called for updates and got upset. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

I have had several problems with the airline that I chose to use, but Oojo has gotten them taken care of each time. Sometimes it takes some conversation to clarify the essence of the problem, but each time we have been successful.

Fraud, fraud, fraud! I paid over $900 for a ticket.
Suddenly they called me week later trying to sell "insurance" in case my flight was canceled etc. and at the same time they asked me if I want to fly on different dates.
I called SAS air company and employee told me that I am on waitlist with another 25 people because I didn't pay full price of the ticket (+$386). I had to pay this amount to be on the flight list. Don't buy from oojo!

Booking was very straight forward, confirmation and the e-ticket received with 3 minutes. Able to manage the booking (select seats, meals etc). On the airline website immediately.

Stay away from from this company once you buy a ticket from they make your life miserable.
I tried to change the date on my ticket they wanted to charge almost $1000 and my ticket was $950
I changed my mind I just wanted to go back on the date I was supposed to. They canceled my return date and asked either I will buy the changed date or I have to buy another return ticket because I can no longer travel on the date they canceled it. Customer service all from India covering each other they will not let talk to a supervisor. It was terrible. I had to pay extra to comeback in a later date and 10 hours layover as soon as I get to the state I am taking them to court

My flight timing was changed by operator and online web check-in was not available. I contacted OOJO customer care and they resolved the issue immediately and it was a nice experience. I thank OOJO for their help and support. I definitely prefer OOJO as my travel agent for future booking as well. Keep it up.

They sell you on being able to change your flight without any fees just the flight fare difference. They do not honer it even though they put in writing. I got into an accident and had to change my flight while on vacation and they said i had to still pay the airline fee along with the price difference. It was cheaper to just book a new oneway flight back.

Answer: I got my tickets, so yes, oojo.com is a legit site
Answer: When it comes to cancellation, they will charge a huge fee and they will never answer the phone call when asking for a refund. Worse service.
Answer: No they won't change your reservation even if it's in the 24 hour grace period. Do not use them
Answer: Please go ahead and file dispute/chargebacks against the credit card that you use. Just call your company and explain, they can help you with the rest. OOJO will not be of any help in such situations, they are here to rip people off of helpless situations.
Answer: No, OOJO is all about trying to rip you off of your helpless situation. Sox they will slap tons of fees, nothing less than $250.
