It was smooth with no price games other sites do. Seat selection was aisle or window but it i did not see a seat map. This is concerning as i am traveling w my parents Dad is 90 years old.

Booked a flight ticket through OOJO travel agency and took the travel care service with an additional amount where its clearly mentioned if the trip need to be cancelled because of any medical reasons, there will be 100% refund of the ticket amount.
I have got severe fever and tested Covid positive and when i tried to cancel the ticket and reached out to OOJO customer service, they are not listening to us and when i told the terms mentioned in the mail sent by OOJO on the refund, they are not agreeing to it. They are very rude and least bothered about customer. Will surely take legal opinion on the terms they have clearly mentioned in the mail.
I would advice you to not to go through OOJO travel service whenever you book any. Thank you.

Recently I flew from New York JFK to Dhaka Bangladesh with Emirates airlines using the Oojo travel website. I bought Travel care insurance from Oojo travel. In the terms and conditions of Travel care, it was clearly stated that you can modify your ticket without any reason, and also the Oojo agent clarify that if you need to modify your travel plan from destination to destination Travel care will allow you to do so when they were selling me the insurance. When I was traveling back to the USA I wanted to modify my flight to Dubai where I had a layover for 4 hours. They said you have to pay a penalty and fare difference, and they send me an amount US dollars more than a one-way ticket so I couldn't do anything. I had to fly back with the original ticket. Oojo's misleading, deceiving, and cunning business rules + hidden conditions didn't allow me to travel according to my plan. I urge everybody to avoid Oojo and ask their Friends and family to spread the word on social media.

My experience with this travel agency and travel insurance has been horrendous. After being told by the airline that my negative PCR test was not valid to travel to Kathmandu and after showing proof and documentation that thus was not true, the travel agency OOJO requested I cancel my flight and purchase a new one with the promise of receiving a full refund. This was a complete and total lie. The travel agency claimed that Qatar airways registered me as a no show, even though I was present and ready with all necessary paperwork. I paid extra for a second flight and was admitted onto the plane the following day with the same paperwork. OOJO's travel insurance did not protect me from this and misguided me. I requested to change the date of my returning flight and they are requesting an additional fee to do so. I do not recommend this travel agency at all. The low airfare will trick you into purchasing them, when in reality, if you purchased travel insurance (which is useless), you would end up spending the same amount as going directly through the airline.

I booked a flight with Oojo, not on purpose and I had no idea it was through this company until the transaction was completed. My travel plans were for July. In June, I contacted Oojo to inquire about my dietary needs for my flights. I was ensured my meals were marked as needed for my health and safety. When Oojo called me a few days prior to my travel to confirm everything, I was told the agent I previously spoke with did not in fact update my dietary needs. The agent I spoke to assured me she did complete this. While on my flights, there was no record of my dietary needs and I could not eat the meal I needed to.
Oojo also had poor communication with me about the different steps of my travel as well as booked me for changing flights despite one plane I was on going directly to my destination. Booking with Oojo gave me over 48 hours of layover time for my return flights alone. 21 hours straight of living in an airport. When I reached out to them about my frustrations and concerns, I was sent an "estimate" that included itemized transactions amounting to a $0 refund. I find it extremely rude they took the time to draw this up and send to me. They also had zero direct response to my concerns about passenger allergies/dietary needs and summed up my concerns as "not being able to travel as scheduled."
Absolutely horrible company with horrible customer service. I do not recommend to anyone.
Edit to add: a representative reached out to me about my concerns and summarized them as "the passenger being unable to travel as scheduled," which had nothing to do with my concerns. He then demanded I submit a form for a $108 "tax refund" through the "requested refund" linked to the $0 refund invoice. He said multiple times it was a "tax refund." I expressed multiple points of concern about submitting that and he demanded I do so. As soon as I submitted it, it was actually a cancellation of my return flights. The representative immediately stopped responding to my multiple emails after he directly asked for confirmation of me cancelling this "request." Only hours later did another representative respond to me and provide confirmation my flights were not cancelled. Over three hours of anxiety and panic because this company gives false information.
Edit to add 2: it took 1.5 weeks, but a third party partner of Oojo was the first to reach out to me after being told by Oojo too many times to count that "someone will reach out to you asap." They just spit back policy information at me, did not apologize for my experience nor acknowledge any of my concerns. The only "apologies" came in the form of automated responses (the same response x2) to this review. There's no explanation as to why their customer service stopped responding to me or as to why I was prompted to receive a "tax refund" while not being disclosed it was a flight cancellation.

Booked with OOJO 4 months in advance of my trip, since then they've made over a dozen changes now to both legs of the journey.
After contacting OOJO support ~2 months ago about a 14 hour layover (was 2 hours when I bought the ticket), they claimed they would refund that part of the ticket, but that I would need to use my departing flight(s) first before it could be processed for a partial refund.
Well as it turns out that was a lie, and 3 days before my trip I was informed that I either had to accept the new schedule— and as such would not qualify for a refund— or I would have to refund my entire ticket and be left to book my trip through other means days before I was set to leave.
Pretty clear to me now that they were giving me the runaround so that I would have no other choice but to accept their new schedule or be SOL when the time came for the trip.
Very shady people.

Never seen with any of the online flight ticket booking portal the service Oojo given. Super Excellent Quality, very comitative fare and supersonic confirmation by Oojo and checked the airline website as well...All info are trasfered to airline website

Do not go through this service. The company is unorganized, and I received several booking numbers that didn't work. I received one email with my tickets and checked into the flight. The next day I used the locator number to get my boarding pass, and the flight was canceled. I was on the phone with several people on and off for 5hours. The last person told me the flight wasn't canceled once it was too late to get to the airplane. The phone got disconnected constantly, and the people claimed they would call back and send an email which never happened. One of the agents even claimed that I lied about canceling my ticket. I am an avid traveler and this is the worst experience I have ever had with an agency. Do not book tickets with Oojo company!

Answer: I got my tickets, so yes, oojo.com is a legit site
Answer: When it comes to cancellation, they will charge a huge fee and they will never answer the phone call when asking for a refund. Worse service.
Answer: No they won't change your reservation even if it's in the 24 hour grace period. Do not use them
