I am very disappointed with the services I received from this company since day 1. I bought a refundable ticket from the agency because they were cheaper than other airlines. An hour after buying the ticket, I called the agency to change the date; and they told me that they could not do it at that moment, My option was to buy another ticket; because the refund of the first ticket will take 5 business days. I bought the second ticket because I knew that the agency will refund my first purchases, but that was a lied. Despite calling and emailing the company many, many times, and speaking with different people who obviously did not know their job, my refund ticket is still not refunded. They are still not refunding me my $529.08. Please be careful with this Agency, because their employees are not responsible; they don't take their job duties seriously. My purchase was done on April 9,2022, and up until now, June 15,2022, my money for the first purchase has not been refunded.

I bought tickets from them. While purchasing their website said the cancellation charges were $160 per hear. When I actually went to cancel, they initially charged me $750 per head and $1,500 in total. When asked to explain, they initially said "Recalled Commissions". When I called in to ask them to explain it, they gave 4 totally different random explanations, including the fact that the airline was charging it. Then I had to explain that the airline had issued a completely refundable ticket, they didn't have an answer. Then the reduced the cancellation fees to $250. When asked to explain, they escalated it to the "Special Services" team. The special services team didn't get back to for 5 days till the day of travel. I got panic attacks because if they didn't cancel, I will be losing the entire money. Without getting any confirmation from they cancelled the tickets and charged me $500. When I call back, they keep saying that the Special Services team will call back but not holding my breath. If I don't hear back from them in 2 days, I will be putting in a claim with my credit card. Always make sure you buy only with a credit card for this purpose. Plenty of scmasters out there.

Booked a flight for wrong day, realized immediately and called to cancel. Was told I would pay $100 cancellation fee which I agreed to.
Thought it was dealt with after I responded to an email authorizing the refund/agreeing to pay $100.
Got another email about a few days later from someone else asking if I'd changed my mind and still want to take the flight. It seemed very unprofessional and wasn't a well written email. It didn't make any sense.
Alarmed, I responded and said that it's already been cancelled. They then informed me I needed to fill out a form that had been sent (was in my junk mail). I tried to fill out the form but the refund amount was missing $200, so I emailed again. I was told that they would fix it on their end. I checked the form again the next day, it was still the same amount. I was then told that I needed to just proceed with the wrong amount and they would fix it on their end.
I just tried to go through with that process and the page is no longer available. This has been going on for days now, I can't understand why the refund process is so complex and things are so confusing.
I want my refund.

Today is 11/06/2022, my flight on Royal Jordanian 263 to Chicago was fine and arrived on time, however, my connecting flight on American Airlines to Detroit from Chicago O'Hare got canceled due to high winds. I purchased OOJO Travel Care Service for $178.90 (confirmation number *******) and so I called them to get rebooked on the next flight, I was told by OOJO customer service to either AA or Royal Jordanian. Why did I purchase damn insurance for such a thing? Please do yourself a favor and skip this scam insurance.

Answer: I got my tickets, so yes, oojo.com is a legit site
Answer: When it comes to cancellation, they will charge a huge fee and they will never answer the phone call when asking for a refund. Worse service.
Answer: No they won't change your reservation even if it's in the 24 hour grace period. Do not use them
Answer: Please go ahead and file dispute/chargebacks against the credit card that you use. Just call your company and explain, they can help you with the rest. OOJO will not be of any help in such situations, they are here to rip people off of helpless situations.
