Booking was easy. Be aware, though - tickets are not issued immediately, and to book seats, etc, I had to take my confirmation number and go to the airline's website. Not horrible, but be aware.

I am pleased with the purchase price and the user friendly website. Except when I didn't see an option to purchase Travel Care before making payment, I called the 1-800 number. While the rep was on the phone I was able to find the option for Travel Care after entering the credit card information to pay for the ticket. She was insisting me to click on "No" and give her the credit card information over the phone so she will take care of the Travel Care Insurance. She said you can't purchase travel insurance online. First I must purchase the ticket. Then give her the booking reference number and the credit card information so she will help with the travel insurance. One thing she didn't know is that I have been flying since 1994 and flown hundreds of times. While she was on the phone I clicked on "YES" to purchase Travel Care despite she was begging me not to. The transaction for the airline ticket and the insurance went smooth. I was happy. I put her on hold while completing the transaction. She started calling me constantly and all I did was pressing the "IGNORE" button on the phone. Later, I was thinking was she doing this to get her commission?

On 5/22/22, I was told by an Oojo representative on the phone and email that all flights leaving Nashville, TN for Lagos Nigeria from 6/18/22 to 6/29/22 were canceled and other dates in the month of June. It was not true. IT WAS LIE! I immediately spoke with representatives from American Airlines, Delta Airlines, Just Fly, and Orbitz and they told me the very opposite what I was told from Oojo. Plus, I was told that someone would call me on 5/23/22 from Oojo to discuss other options. I heard nothing, nada, zilch from them. I emailed them to let them know that I would take a credit and pay the difference for another flight in June. They kept telling me flights leaving out of Nashville, TN was not available. It is not true. I do not like scams and I do not like foolishness ( just for me to purchase insurance,), especially involving my money. It is true, they are not transparent. They are awful. If I had of known that I was going to deal with this evil, diabolical website, I would have booked my flight elsewhere. Terrible. Do not use them to book any flights or hotels.

My reservation and ticket were delivered to me in a timely manner. The customer service representative was very helpful and polite. The ticket price was acceptable.

This OOJO is cheating and stealing my money. I booked my flight ticket from NYC to Bangkok with travel insurance which was $59.45. Their terms and policies clearly stated, "We would like to remind you that should you need to cancel your trip and refund your ticket(s), you must cancel your reservation at least 24 hours before your scheduled departure date. You can do so with one of our agents by calling. You can also cancel your reservation by contacting the airline directly. No-show tickets are not eligible for Travel Care Service benefits or any exchange". In the beginning, I tried to rescheduled my flight12 days before the departure date, but they charged me $965 which was way more than booking a new ticket from other airlines. Again, when I tried to cancel it, they said I would not get the refund for the ticket. The representative, Azshara told me that it has to be within 24 hours right after I booked the ticket. So, what is the point I'm buying the insurance? This is actually cheating and stealing money from customers. I requested the representative to speak to her supervisor, but she did not let me speak to her supervisor.

Answer: I got my tickets, so yes, oojo.com is a legit site
Answer: When it comes to cancellation, they will charge a huge fee and they will never answer the phone call when asking for a refund. Worse service.
Answer: No they won't change your reservation even if it's in the 24 hour grace period. Do not use them
Answer: Please go ahead and file dispute/chargebacks against the credit card that you use. Just call your company and explain, they can help you with the rest. OOJO will not be of any help in such situations, they are here to rip people off of helpless situations.
