We needed to make a change in our travel plans due to an unanticipated emergency situation.
When we called the Oojo customer service number to explain our situation the agent was extremely helpful and he provided us with multiple options and even found us a reduced change fee. I will definitely use Oojo again and refer to friends, colleagues and family.
I had a call after booking my flight tickets today, the Indian representative on the phone just hung up on my face after I said "I don't plan to buy any protection, thanks" without giving any answer. Don't employ rude people as your customer representatives whose only job is to safisy the customers. Won't use ojjo again, we are not breathing creatures who can feed you extra money with whenever you want to. If people don't agree to buy your products and you get THIS MUCH disappointed, just don't even call and disturb them.

This is a real headache. Customer service is trap. They don't respond. I bought two tickets, unfortunately tried to change the date 3 days before my flight, they told me they will call with a new date which they didn't. After a week they gave me an open ticket up to a year. I paid for the penalty and changed the date after a month now they said your ticket canceled due to not show up. They are thief.

I purchased five Turkish airlines tickets in February. I accidentally entered my name instead of my son's name. Promptly I've contacted oojo.com and representative Kumkum advised me to buy another ticket with the correct name. I did that and the previous (one out of five) wrong reservation was cancelled. I then requested a refund from oojo, they said they no longer have my money and I need to request it from Turkish airlines. I got an email with an approved code for a refund from TA but because oojo.com bought it with its own credit card, TA needs oojo's permission to wire the refund directly to my bank account. All I need from oojo is to write an email to Turkish Airlines stating that they agree to that. It's been October and no result. The representatives and like Mahaelani keep saying that someone from their accounting department will get back to me. I'm feed up and filing a court complaint next week

This is my first time using Oojo. I was referred by Kayak. I got a really good fare. The booking and confirmation process was quick, seamless, and straightforward. I hope there are no schedule changes or delays (I know that is somewhat beyond the control of Oojo). So far so good!

It was incredibly annoying that the price was higher than initially quoted. In all my years of using Momondo to find the best deals, this only the second time the price was higher at the company I chose. But at least it was just a bit over 30 dollars more epensive, and the rest of the experience has been very good. The representative was very helpful and conscientious.

Ones they get your money they will not care about you. I have bought a ticket and they refused to help me with changing dates unless i pay them 250 plus the airlines charging fee and I asked the agent before I buy for the price they charge to chabge the ticket and they told me it is only 75 and I asked to talk to a supervisor and they told me that supervisors won't take calls! I am disputing the transaction and will advise anyone to stay away from these scammers

Everything was smooth from the moment I chose tickets to the moment I got an email confirmation. The customer service representative (Pebbles) called right after I finished the booking and made sure everything was correct. Great customer experience for me.

They hold my money for 2 days with promises to issue my e tickets, and after all that waiting, they told me that price increased. Very dishonest, cheap way to charge you higher price. Do not go with Oojo, very unclean people.

I did not permit nor would I like to be called (more than once) for decisions made to the flight.
I was not only called multiple times, I was also emailed and texted which is just too much. I spoke to someone over the phone I do not need to be battered into spending more money.
I would like to know how to inactivate these options. Or it would be best to be able to solely provide ONE mode of contact.

This was my first time to buy my tickets through Oojo. I am very happy with my experience, their rates were most competitive and their service is very quick, I received my ticket in my email within seconds after payment.

Answer: I got my tickets, so yes, oojo.com is a legit site
Answer: When it comes to cancellation, they will charge a huge fee and they will never answer the phone call when asking for a refund. Worse service.
Answer: No they won't change your reservation even if it's in the 24 hour grace period. Do not use them
Answer: Please go ahead and file dispute/chargebacks against the credit card that you use. Just call your company and explain, they can help you with the rest. OOJO will not be of any help in such situations, they are here to rip people off of helpless situations.
Answer: No, OOJO is all about trying to rip you off of your helpless situation. Sox they will slap tons of fees, nothing less than $250.
