Yesterday when I was booking a flight on Kayak, it directed me to Oojo. I purchased the ticket. After sometime Oojo's agent called me and advised I can save $300 if I change my onward travel by + /- 1 day which I readily agreed. I am happy he took time to call me and gave money saving advise. Great. Thanks Laxus.

To help me out…! I used to work in the airline / tourist industry… and these guys didn't disappoint! Honestly they were awesome! Can't thank them enough.! They even called me back! You don't get that from a company anymore! I wanna give a specific shout out to daikho ( I hope I spelled that right) for being a SUPERB AGENT! He was everything that a company like yours should aspire to have! I haven't had the pleasure of meeting the rest, but if they're half as good as him, then you're on a winning streak!

I contacted Oojo today to request a refund for an unused flight ticket. Specifically, I asked for a refund of the tax amount and requested a copy of my receipt. Unfortunately, they informed me that they are not obligated to provide a receipt, nor can they disclose the details of non-refundable taxes. To confirm the situation, I reached out to the airlines, and they assured me that they would investigate the matter.
Based on my experience, I would strongly advise against using third-party services for ticket purchases. It is worth paying extra to receive exceptional customer service and dealing with reputable services like Oojo.

Found oojo through Google flights and booked. Got the cheapest price. Received the ticket confirmation within few hours of booking. Smooth experience. Will book again through them if I see cheapest price there.

I was looking to find a Business class fare under a certain price, still looking. But since times are tough and finances are limited, I settled for an economy ticket. So far this site has been a blessing and no BS site. Thanks Oojo.

I booked a flight back in June for late September. Never received ticket but did receive a confirmation email. I called in July asking about the ticket and she said I would receive something in a couple days. I did not receive anything so I sent an email. No response to my email. I also called. During this call I was informed that the trip is no longer available. What upsets me the most, is that I did not receive one email, phone call, etc. that the flight was cancelled. NOTHING. I hate that - that particular flight was cancelled but it is more bothersome to me that no one was going to tell me. I lost it a little on customer service, which I do regret, but it is emotional when you are trying to get somewhere and then have to start from scratch - it changed all of the plans/hotels, etc. that was made. Lesson learned, I guess. I do not recommend this site. I will call every day until I get a refund.

Everything is on one page, which is easy to use. Although I wrote 'don't change' in the title, there is one component that needs to be added, and that's an option to put the traveler's number for those with TSA pre-check. Otherwise, the experience is pretty stress-free.

I booked a round trip for international travel first time through oojo. My first suggested to all travels is dont ever try this oojo. Their tickets are not perfects. I ended up paying checkin bags. Oojo ticket says something and but airlines says something. Very pathetic experience.

I started to purchase ticket for 3 pax as I found Oojo offer cheapest. My bank denied the payment because the daily transaction limit less than the ticket price. It is due to the original price is in US$ and my account is in MYR. Bank initially estimate little bit high conversion rate. But the sales office prepare new quotation for pay with another card. Good thing is that they hold the initial price for 15 hours although the price increased.

I had problems with buying a ticket with a Ukrainian bank card. I had features of online shopping at my bank that I didn't know about. But the support team was very polite and attentive to help me solve them.

If i had an option for lower than Zero star I would definitely choose it, I never see like this most ruthless customer service reps. Poor customer service, Manager never available, I have a flight in January and Turkish they change the schedule and offered me if I want to cancel or reschedule without any charges, but they are charging me eat even if it's their fault. I've never used Oojo before and was nervous going through the process, waiting for the assumed snafu. How could I get such a good flight for their price? But everything appears to be working well so I won't be nervous next time.

Answer: When it comes to cancellation, they will charge a huge fee and they will never answer the phone call when asking for a refund. Worse service.
Answer: No they won't change your reservation even if it's in the 24 hour grace period. Do not use them
Answer: Please go ahead and file dispute/chargebacks against the credit card that you use. Just call your company and explain, they can help you with the rest. OOJO will not be of any help in such situations, they are here to rip people off of helpless situations.
